Description

We are seeking a highly motivated and talented Junior Developer to join our dynamic team. This role is ideal for recent graduates or entry-level candidates with a passion for software development and a desire to grow their skills. As a Senior Developer, you will work closely with our experienced Lead/Architect in the design, development, and maintenance of software applications.

To be responsible for designing, developing and maintaining the software tools, particularly to be responsible for the design and implementation of software application for aircraft domain.

Qualification & Experience

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field.
  • 4-6 years of experience in JAVA and related technologies.
  • Strong understanding of programming fundamentals and object-oriented concepts.
  • Proficiency in Java programming language and its related frameworks.
  • Knowledge of web development technologies such as HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
  • Knowledge of API development
  • Experience with software development projects.
  • Familiarity with version control systems (e.g., Git).
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
  • Strong communication skills and eagerness to learn.
  • Familiarity with relational databases and SQL.
  • Basic understanding of Unix/Linux/windows servers.
  • Basic understanding of Cloud and DevOps.
  • Basic knowledge of code analysis tools & IDEs.
  • Understanding of software development methodologies (e.g., Agile, Scrum).

Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with senior developers to understand project requirements and objectives.
  • Assist in the design and development of software solutions.
  • Write clean, efficient, and maintainable code.
  • Conduct unit testing and debugging to ensure software quality.
  • Participate in code reviews and provide constructive feedback.
  • Stay updated on emerging technologies and trends in software development.
  • Assist in troubleshooting and resolving technical issues.

Success will be measured in a variety of areas, including but not limited to

  • Consistently ensure the on-time delivery and quality (first-time-right) by solving problems, incidents and requests.
  • Quality of code that is developed by the individual.
  • Bring innovative cost effective solutions.
  • Achieve customer satisfaction.
