Job Summary
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Fuel System Engineer to contribute to the design, development, and integration of cutting-edge fuel systems for Airbus aircraft. This role involves ensuring the safety, performance, and certification of fuel systems in accordance with industry standards and regulations.

Job Responsibilities:
* Design, develop, and analyze aircraft fuel systems and their components (e.g., tanks, pumps, valves, lines, sensors) from conceptualization through detailed design.
* Perform system-level and component-level analyses, including hydraulic, thermal, and structural assessments, to ensure fuel system performance and integrity.
* Develop and review technical specifications, requirements documents, and design documentation for fuel systems.
* Conduct trade studies and feasibility analyses to evaluate different fuel system architectures and technologies.
* Support the integration of fuel systems with other aircraft systems
* Participate in testing and validation activities, including ground tests and flight tests, to verify fuel system functionality and performance.
* Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to fuel system design
* Ensure compliance with relevant airworthiness regulations (e.g., EASA, FAA) and company standards.
* Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams including design, stress, manufacturing, and airworthiness departments.
* Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives and the development of best practices within fuel system engineering.

* Design & Develop Models pertaining to Fuel perimeter & drive Simulation topics

Job Qualifications:
* Bachelor's or Master's degree in Aerospace Engineering, Mechanical, Chemical Engineering, or a related field.
* Proven experience (typically 3-7 years) in aircraft fuel system design, development & analysis
* Strong understanding of fuel system principles, components, and architectures.
* Good knowledge in typical system engineering tools (such as DOORS)
* Experience with analysis tools for hydraulic and thermal simulations
* Knowledge of fuel types, fuel management systems, and inerting systems.

* Knowledge of C, Python is an added advantage
* Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
* Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment.

* Strong communication, interpersonal and networking skills
* Knowledge of English language at a negotiating level; additional language skills in French/German/Spanish are considered a plus
