An opportunity for FLIGHT LINE A400M PRODUCTION DELIVERY MANAGER has arisen within Airbus defence and Space in San Pablo (Sevilla). RESPONSIBILITIES Your main task and responsibilities are: Production engineer focused on Build Process / Performance Tracker adherence in Flight Line. Guidance to foreman in order to balance the resources according to related needs per production shift. Strengthen information transmission between different production shifts for a proper work continuity in the workshop. Unblock production issues to accomplish the daily plan. Aircraft planning responsible leading daily industrial meeting. Station focal point for daily activities with ME (system and process), quality, crew, production control and the rest of functions involved. Time-Keeper with foreman and overall short-term planning coordinator of station. Prepare next daily tasks and planning of works (people, tools, jobcards and aircraft conditions ready to carry out the job) Support the continuous improvement and the Operational Excellence in the area. Monitor the relevant KPIs, solve the deviations from targets and identification of major industrial risks. Take part on the definition of the industrial plan and corrective actions when required. Support foreman, HO of Station and HO of FL/DC

- Education: Aeronautical, Mechanical, Industrial Engineering degree or related discipline.
- Experience: At least 5 years in aircraft manufacturing or engineering.
- Soft skills : High adaptability to work on new topics and on changing enviroment. Problem solving.
- Languages: Advanced level in English.
- Technical knowledge : Knowledge in A400M architecture and related IT tools for manufacturing process (SAP, SIPLA,TLB etc). Office is a must.
- Valuable / Nice to have: experience in managing teams and risk management.
