Airbus Commercial Aircraft is looking for a FAL A350 Industrial and Configuration Manager (m/f) to join our Final Assembly Line (FAL) in Toulouse.

As the FAL A350 Industrial and Configuration Manager (m/f), you will be responsible for overseeing the industrialization and configuration management of the A350 Final Assembly Line (FAL) within Airbus Operations SAS. This role ensures the efficient implementation of manufacturing processes and product configurations, while driving continuous improvement and operational excellence

Your challenges:

  • Open, investigate, and manage the lifecycle of Change Requests to ensure production continuity.
  • Evaluate the impact of new modifications (Mods) on the manufacturing process and coordinate information with production engineering (ME-Process).
  • Determine the optimal Point of Embodiment (PoE) to minimize Outstanding Work (OSW) and secure the impact on Configuration Items (CI).
  • Develop solid business cases to justify budgets and negotiate schedules to ensure risk-free implementation.
  • Present strategic proposals to stakeholders to convince and obtain the necessary resources for the deployment of industrial evolutions.

Your boarding pass:

  • Background with a specialization in industrial management, supply chain, or aeronautics.
  • Proven experience in an industrial manufacturing environment, ideally acquired in the aerospace sector.
  • Expertise in integrated planning (methodologies and tools), mastery of Supply Chain principles and procurement processes.
  • Strong negotiation skills, assertive leadership, analytical mind, and ability to make decisions in a complex and fast-paced environment.
  • Advanced level of French and English (international context).
