Position of Eurodron Maintenance Instructor in Seville Training Center

Job Summary
As an Eurodron Maintenance Training Instructor at Airbus, you will be responsible for developing and delivering comprehensive training programs for Eurodron maintenance personnel, ensuring they possess the necessary skills and knowledge to effectively maintain and repair these advanced systems, being focused on avionics and ground control station.

Job Responsibilities
* Design, develop, and update training modules, lesson plans, and instructional materials for Eurodron maintenance, adhering to Airbus standards and regulatory requirements.
* Deliver engaging and effective classroom, workshop, and simulator-based training sessions on all aspects of Eurodron maintenance for avionics, mission systems and ground control station
* Conduct practical demonstrations and supervise hands-on exercises to ensure trainee proficiency.
* Evaluate trainee performance through written exams, practical assessments, and observation, providing constructive feedback and remediation as needed.
* Maintain accurate training records and documentation.
* Stay current with Eurodron system modifications, maintenance procedures, and industry best practices.
* Collaborate with engineering, technical support, and other departments to ensure training content is accurate and up-to-date.
* Identify training needs and recommend improvements to existing programs.
* Adhere to all safety regulations and company policies during training delivery.

Job Qualifications
* Proven experience as an aircraft maintenance technician or engineer, preferably with experience on unmanned aerial systems (UAS-MALE) or similar complex aircraft platforms.
* Demonstrated experience in technical training delivery and curriculum development.
* Strong understanding of avionic and electrical systems, including GCS.
* Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
* Ability to explain complex technical concepts clearly and concisely to diverse audiences.* Proficiency in English (written and spoken) is mandatory. Knowledge of other European languages is a plus.* Hold relevant aircraft maintenance licenses or certifications (e.g., EASA Part-66 or equivalent).* Proficiency with standard office software (e.g., Microsoft Office Suite).* Ability to travel occasionally for training delivery or professional development.WHICH BENEFITS WILL YOU HAVE AS AIRBUS EMPLOYEE?
