Descrição da vaga : Estágio em Logística
Localidade: Itajubá
Modalidade: Presencial

Horário: 7h às 14h

Principais atividades:

• Apoiar os registros de novos pedidos de reparo e realizar cotações com fornecedores parceiros;
  
• Acompanhar o status dos reparos junto aos fornecedores e interfaces internas, garantindo o cumprimento dos prazos;
  
• Monitorar a devolução física dos componentes aos clientes finais;
  
• Apoiar na atualização da planilha de controle de reparos;
  
• Auxiliar a atualização dos KPIs (indicadores de performance) para medir a eficiência da atividade.
  

Requisitos obrigatórios:

• Cursando Cursando Administração, Engenharia de Produção, Logística ou áreas correlatas.
  
• Habilidade de comunicação em inglês seria um diferencial;
  
• Conhecimento prévio ou vivência com o sistema SAP será um diferencial;
  
• Ter disponibilidade para estagiar presencialmente (30 horas semanais) na Helibras de Itajubá por 2 anos;
  
• Candidatos internos favor atentar-se a regra de ouro.

Position description: Logistics Internship

Location: Itajubá

Type: In-person

Working Hours: 7 a.m. to 2 p.m.

Main activities:

• Support the registration of new repair requests and obtain quotes from partner suppliers;
  
• Track the status of repairs with suppliers and internal interfaces, ensuring that deadlines are met;
  
• Monitor the physical return of components to end customers;
  
• Support the updating of the repair control spreadsheet;
  
• Assist in updating KPIs (key performance indicators) to measure activity efficiency.
  

Mandatory requirements:

• Currently studying Business Administration, Production Engineering, Logistics, or related areas.
  
• English communication skills would be a plus;
  
• Prior knowledge or experience with the SAP system would be a plus;
  
• Availability to intern in person (30 hours per week) at Helibras in Itajubá for 2 years;
  
• Internal candidates should pay attention to the golden rule.
