Descrição da vaga: Estágio em Compras

Localização: Itajubá - MG

Modalidade: Presencial

Horário: 7h às 14h

Principais atividades:

  • Prestar suporte na execução de cotações, administração de requisições e elaboração de pedidos e contratos para a categoria de compras;
  • Realizar o monitoramento contínuo dos pedidos junto aos fornecedores, desde a emissão e entrega até a efetivação do pagamento, garantindo o cumprimento de prazos e condições negociadas;
  • Manter a organização e a precisão dos registros internos, assegurando que todas as etapas logísticas e financeiras estejam em total conformidade com as políticas e auditorias da área;
  • Auxiliar a liderança na estruturação de bases de dados, cálculo e análise de métricas de desempenho (KPIs), visando a otimização e a melhoria contínua dos processos de compras e contratos.

Requisitos obrigatórios:

  • Cursando ensino superior em Administração, Ciências Contábeis, Economia ou Sistemas de Informação;
  • Inglês intermediário.
  • Ter disponibilidade para estagiar presencialmente (30 horas semanais) na Helibras de Itajubá por no mínimo 2 anos;
  • Candidatos internos favor atentar-se a regra de ouro.

Job Description: Purchasing Internship

Location: Itajubá - MG

Format: In-person

Working Hours: 7:00 AM to 2:00 PM

Main responsibilities:

  • Provide support in requesting quotes, managing purchase requisitions, and preparing purchase orders and contracts for the general purchasing category;
  • Continuously monitor orders with suppliers, from issuance and delivery through to payment, ensuring compliance with deadlines and negotiated terms;
  • Maintain the organization and accuracy of internal records, ensuring that all logistical and financial steps are in full compliance with the department’s policies and audits;
  • Assist leadership in structuring databases and calculating and analyzing performance metrics (KPIs), with a view to optimizing and continuously improving purchasing and contract processes.

Mandatory requirements:

  • Currently enrolled in a college or university program in Business Administration, Accounting, Economics, or Information Systems;
  • Intermediate English.
  • Be available to complete an in-person internship (30 hours per week) at Helibras in Itajubá for at least 2 years;
  • Internal candidates, please note the golden rule.
