Descrição da vaga : Estágio Administrativo na Presidência
Localidade: Itajubá/MG
Modalidade: Presencial

Horário: 10h às 17h

Principais atividades:

  • Suporte administrativo às demandas do setor;
  • Auxiliar na organização de reuniões e eventos;
  • Apoiar no gerenciamento de comunicações e correspondências;
  • Apoiar na coleta de assinaturas de contratos, processos e procedimentos confidenciais;
  • Auxiliar na garantia da eficiência operacional dos controles da área;
  • Suporte nas emissões de viagens nacionais e internacionais e suas respectivas prestação de contas.

Requisitos obrigatórios:

  • Cursando ensino superior em Administração;
  • Inglês Avançado (será avaliado na entrevista);
  • Ter disponibilidade para estagiar presencialmente (30 horas semanais) na Helibras de Itajubá por no mínimo 2 anos;
  • Conhecimento em Pacote Office e/ou Google Workspace;
  • Candidatos internos favor atentar-se a regra de ouro.

Our internship positions are open to all students who are currently enrolled in school and available to complete an in-person internship with us.

Position Description: Administrative Internship in the President’s Office

Location: Itajubá

Format: In-person

Working Hours: 10:00 AM to 5:00 PM

Main activities:

  • Provide administrative support for the department’s needs;
  • Assist in organizing meetings and events;
  • Support the management of communications and correspondence;
  • Assist in collecting signatures for contracts, processes, and confidential procedures;
  • Help ensure the operational efficiency of the department’s controls;
  • Support the issuance of domestic and international travel arrangements and their respective expense reports.

Mandatory requirements:

  • Currently pursuing a degree in Business Administration;
  • Advanced English (will be assessed during the interview);
  • Availability to complete an in-person internship (30 hours per week) at Helibras in Itajubá for a minimum of 2 years;
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and/or Google Workspace;
  • Internal candidates, please note the golden rule.
