Airbus Commercial Aircraft is looking for a ERP Platform Product Owner (f/m) to join our Digital CoE for ERP team based in Toulouse, France.

Joining ERP CoE Platform team means becoming a key player within a strategic partnership dedicated to strengthening platform operations and accelerating our global business transformation. As a cross-functional Product Service Line (PSL) within the ERP Digital Center of Excellence (CoE) , our mission is to ensure robust operational foundations while driving innovation across the entire organization.

Your challenges:

  • Manage Product owner activities:
    • Support the team in delivering value
    • Contribute to the vision and the roadmap
    • Manage and Prioritize the Team Backlog
    • Get and apply Feedback
    • Connect with Business Owners
    • Coordinate with others ERP Platform Product Owners
  • Ensure the reliability and sustainability of the SAP landscapes in line with agreed Service Level Agreement :
    • System monitoring
    • Lifecycle management (SAP Kernel, Support Packages, Security Notes, OS&DB upgrade)
    • HANA Performance analysis
    • Implement SAP ERP guidelines
    • Incident management, root cause analysis and associated improvement plan management
    • Propose & Implement processes and tools to optimize landscape TCO and increase SLA
  • Provide technical support to projects (architecture, expertise):
    • Technical expertise and support of technical design for projects
  • Continuously improve Lifecycle management, performance and processes
    • Propose & Implement processes and tools to optimize landscape Total Cost of Ownership and increase SLA
    • Keep up-to-date Architecture Dossier, processes documentation and referential
    • Follow ERP Platform standard processes (IT Service Management, Key Performance Indicator, ..)
    • Apply standards and provide guidance to ensure compliance and consistency of the platform
    • Evaluate new technical tools, products and functionalities

Your boarding pass:

  • Academic Background in Information Technology
  • Strong Experience in SAP Technical and Analytics projects
  • Deep experience in HANA DB
  • Proven experience in some others SAP technologies: ABAP, SQL, Hana Cockpit, WebIDE, SLT
  • Any other experience out of SAP ecosystem would be appreciated
  • Keen and inquisitive of learning on new technologies
  • Experience in transnational, multifunctional teams and Agile project
  • Open-minded and team player
  • Proactive with prioritization skills
  • Willingness and ability to build trust and strong relationships with his customers, end users, and stakeholders in his/her product ecosystem.
  • Ability to communicate effectively at all levels with his/her team, customers, end users, a peer network of stakeholders and management
  • Language skills: Level advanced in English, Intermediate in French
