Job Description
Job Description:
Airbus Commercial Aircraft is looking for an ERP Planning & Supply Specialist S/4 (f/m) to join our Digital for Operation Department based in Toulouse, France.
You will join the “ Digital for Operation” business department, the cornerstone of our industrial transformation. Within this department, we aim to simplify, streamline, prioritize & unlock the full potential of the latest digital technologies for the benefit of our operations.
The modern industrial landscape is characterized by immense challenges: massive production ramp-ups, rapid technological acceleration, and the inherent complexity of integrating cross-functional ERP (Enterprise Resource Planning) deployments across diverse sites.
Your working environment:
Global capital of aeronautics and European capital for space research, Toulouse is a dynamic city in the southwest of France served by an international airport. Ideally located between the Mediterranean sea and the Atlantic ocean and close to the Pyrenees mountains, it offers plenty of options for outdoor activities!
How we care for you:
- Financial rewards: Attractive salary, agreements on success and profit sharing schemes, employee savings plan abounded by Airbus and employee stock purchase plan on a voluntary basis.
- Work / Life Balance: Extra days-off for special occasions, holiday transfer option, a Staff council offering many social, cultural and sport activities and other services.
- Wellbeing / Health: Complementary health insurance coverage (disability, invalidity, death). Depending on the site: health services center, concierge services, gym, carpooling application.
- Individual development: Great upskilling opportunities and development prospects with unlimited access to +10.000 e-learning courses to develop your employability, certifications, expert career path, accelerated development programmes, national and international mobility.
At Airbus, we support you to work, connect and collaborate more easily and flexibly. Wherever possible, we foster flexible working arrangements to stimulate innovative thinking.
Your challenges:
- Lead workshops to translate complex shop-floor operational needs into End-to-End (E2E) Supply Chain and Logistics processes.
- Serve as the content authority to ensure "Fit-to-Standard" alignment, minimizing customization while prioritizing operational efficiency.
- Spearhead the Planning & Supply product definition within S/4HANA, driving the lifecycle from blueprint to operational reality.
- Act as the bridge between Information Management (IM) and site operations to find the optimal compromise between system standards and business value.
- Distill complex SAP logic into clear, business-driven visualizations to secure buy-in from senior stakeholders
Your boarding pass:
- Background in Computer Science, Manufacturing Engineering, or Logistics.
- Senior professional with at least 10 years of experience in high-regulation, complex industries (Aerospace, Automotive, or Defense).
- Proven expertise (8+ years) in ERP deployment, with advanced mastery of SAP S/4HANA (modules PP, PM, MM, SD).
- A "connector" mindset, strong negotiation and compromise-finding skills, and proficiency in Agile/SAFe methodologies.
- Fluency in English is mandatory; proficiency in French and/or German is a significant advantage for global site collaboration.
Not a 100% match? No worries! Airbus supports your personal growth with customized development solutions.
