About Buyer (m/f)

As part of the expansion of its activities, Testia is looking for a Jr. Buyer to support its growing activities. You will interact with the whole spanish team on local topics and also be part of an international team with people based in different countries for more specific projects.


Your Tasks

• Offering support with:
  - Identifying and evaluating suitable suppliers and offers
  - Establishing and expanding relationships with potential and existing service providers and suppliers
  - Preparing and processing order processes
  - Monitoring delivery dates and processing complaints
  - Providing purchasing-related advice to specialist departments
  - Negotiating and concluding framework and contracts with the support of the legal team
  - Working on local purchases as well as on Project mode in a Multi Functional team and international environment
  - Guiding and supporting operations for specifications
  

What we look for

• Completed commercial training, with a focus on purchasing
  
• 1-3 years of professional experience in purchasing, or equivalent experience.
  
• Fluent in Spanish and English, both written and spoken
  
• Strong and proactive personality with assertiveness and social skills
  
• Convincing and confident demeanor towards customers and suppliers
  
• Service-oriented, completing tasks reliably and promptly
  
• Solution-oriented and independent way of working
  
• Another foreign language such as French is (desirable).
  
• Knowledge of ERP system software (desirable)
