An opportunity for an Engineering Integrated Planning Management Workload/Workforce junior has arisen within Airbus Defence and Space, Getafe (Madrid). The selected candidate will join the Chief Engineering and Architecture Team.
Integrated Planning is a support function to the three backbones of Engineering: the Chief Engineers, the CoC’s and the Top Management involved in all workload and workforce processes of Engineering perimeter. TADIP supports all programmes of Air Power Engineering for workload planning, management and reporting as well as for scheduling activities. The open position has the opportunity to work with the overview over all the programmes the department covers as well as supporting decision making on performance. Furthermore, on the CoC’s and Top Management side the position is in contact with the workload and workforce balance process supporting the analysis. The double vision on workload and resources makes the position attractive for those who would like to join the company.
Tasks and responsibilities- for the position:
- Support in the definition and implementation of Workload and Workforce tools for Engineering.
- SAP regular reports for internal management.
- Support workload planning exercises (OP, FC, EAC ...) for Engineering perimeter.
- Support in monitoring and reporting of project performance and Workload vs Workforce balance.
- Maintenance of basic database for Engineering Organization Breakdown Structure.
Required skills:
- Engineering Master degree or equivalent
- MS Office skills
- Kwonledge of Engineering organization, procedures, main projects, etc is desired.
- Autonomous, pro-active and team spirit
- Analytical and good data-handling skills
