Airbus Commercial Aircraft is looking for an Electronics Board Designer (m/f) to join our Electronics Products Department based in Toulouse, France.
Avionics and Simulation organization is an in-house avionics equipment and simulators supplier. This domain deals with Avionics Technologies that are one of the fastest growing sectors in A/C systems due to their innovative approaches (zero emissions, single pilot operations, big data analytics, ...).
One of the pillars of this organisation is the Electronics Product Departement. Its mission is to design, develop, industrialize, manufacture, maintain and support the critical embedded products (e.g. Flight Controls, Flight Warning, Communication, Maintenance equipment) for all Airbus aircrafts.
Within the Hardware detailed design team, the proposed position involves the disciplines dealing with design and verification of digital boards embedding programmable logic devices such as FPGA, or microprocessor.

Your challenges:
- Designing board functions based on requirements and electronic technical design rules, including worst case analysis & simulations;
- Producing system diagrams and/or circuit diagrams;
- Supporting detailed design in CAD implementation;
- Defining test strategy and performing verifications (by simulation and/or by physical tests);
- Enriching the team competencies by specific work on R&T topics related to interfaces with the aircraft.
Your boarding pass:
- Degree in Engineering, specialised in Electronics
- Knowledge in boards design & tests,
- Knowledge in FPGA, high-speed buses, multi Core Processing,
- Tools: Matlab/Simulink, MathCAD, Zuken CR8000 (or other board design tool), Laboratory tools (scope, multimeter...)
- Ability to perform timings analysis and signal integrity analysis
- Language Skills: French (advanced), English (intermediate)
