AIRBUS offer 40 vacancies for our full time graduate program in Spain - # DISCOVER II 2026/2027 - Starting date October 1st 2026

We are looking for recent graduates from different disciplines interested in developing their professional career in the aeronautical sector.The current context demands different ways of looking, thinking and relating.

What does this internship consists in?

Together with Camilo José Cela University, Airbus has developed an exclusive program (#DISCOVER) designed for those interested in the best training in new areas of knowledge essential to be able to develop as professionals of the future.

You will have the opportunity to study a Master, organized in three training blocks, that will allow you to DISCOVER the skills most in demand today. It will be combined with an 11 month internship at Airbus in an area related to your degree, where you can learn and complete your academic background.

The start of the internship will be in early October 2026, and will last 11 months (August disabled for all purposes). It is a full-time experience (40h/week), in which you will receive an attractive study grant.

Internship Job Description:

• Provide support to the team in all phases projects, solutions and design, development of functional specifications, producing deliverables related to the project(s) assigned, documentation, UAT, training...
  
• Participate in Digital products deployment in the plants supporting the link with the key local stakeholders
  
• Collaborate in developing estimations and solutions to deliver requirements, troubleshoot, design, test and implement solutions for all SAP Modules and manufacturing applications
  
• Conduct design of interfaces, conversion programs, reports, and enhancements based on SAP best practices
  
• Work with competent and professional teams delivering challenging digital and business transformation programs internally
  
• Learn cutting-edge technologies and participate in all SAP modules like sales and distribution, material management, production planning and execution, finances, ABAP...
  
• Apply classroom knowledge in a real-world environment, to work on one-of-a-kind projects with a leading aerospace organization
  
• Collaborate with team members based globally in a multicultural environment
  
• SAP modules : PP, QM, MM, WM, SD, FI, CO...
  
• Support measurement/metrology projects
  
• Manufacturing applications: MES

As a successful candidate, you will be able to demonstrate the following skills and experience:

• Engineering Degree or related studies
  
• Advance knowledge in MS Office and Google Workspace
  
• Advanced level of English (C1 level)
  
• An analytical mind with problem-solving abilities
  
• Self-motivated person eager to learn about new technologies
  
• Excellent interpersonal, team spirit and great collaboration skills
  
• Ability to work in complex and international environments
