AIRBUS offer more than 70 vacancies for our full time graduate program in Spain - # Discover II 2026/2027 - Starting date 5th October 2026 until 1st October.
We are looking for recent graduates from different disciplines interested in developing their professional career in the aeronautical sector. The current context demands different ways of looking, thinking and relating.
The selection process will be during April 2026 until July 2026.
What does this internship consist of?
Together with Camilo José Cela University, Airbus has developed an exclusive program (Discover) designed for those interested in the best training in new areas of knowledge essential to be able to develop as professionals of the future.
You will have the opportunity to study a Master, organized in three training blocks, that will allow you to discover the skills most in demand today. It will be combined with an 11 month internship at Airbus in an area related to your degree, where you can learn and complete your academic background. The start of the internship will be in early October 2026, and will last 11 months (August disabled for all purposes). It is a full-time experience (40h/week), in which you will receive an attractive study grant.
Internship Job Description:
Throughout the internship within Airbus Business Travel Department (General Procurement), the candidate will gain comprehensive insight into the Business Travel ecosystem.
The scope of the role encompasses the full lifecycle of travel management: from the initial identification of corporate requirements and contract negotiation to the strategic oversight of service providers, including airlines, hotel chains, car rental, corporate payment suppliers...
Particular emphasis will be placed on Business Travel online booking tools (OBTs) and corporate payment solutions.
In this internship you will be exposed to tasks such as:
- Preparation and conclusion of Call For Tenders: preparation of contractual documents, analysis of proposals from suppliers and supplier selection
- Contract management: contract/amendments negotiation, drafting and execution, together with the procurement buyers
- Analysis of supplier landscape and constant market screening
- Implementation of new suppliers
- Monitoring and evaluation of the suppliers’ performance with the definition of KPIs, elaboration of reports, and definition of mitigation actions, including risk management activities (e.g. assessment, reporting)
- Elaboration of support documents for the business reviews with the suppliers and participate in the different meetings
- Collaboration in the preparation and elaboration of ad-hoc reports and documents for the communication sessions with internal customers / stakeholders
- Coordination with internal stakeholders (e.g. Travel Security, Sustainability, HR, Finance) for specific projects
- Identification and evaluation of opportunities for digitalization in the department (e.g. digitalization of KPIs, identification of IA usage opportunities)

As a successful candidate, you will be able to demonstrate the following skills and experience:
- Academic Background:
- Degree in Engineering, Law, International Business, Business Administration, Commerce, Tourism Management, or similar
- Native Spanish and English (B2), French or German valued
