AIRBUS offers more than 40 vacancies for our full time graduate programme in Spain - # DISCOVER II 2026/2027 Starting date Oct 5th 2026 until 1st October.

We are looking for recent graduates from different disciplines interested in developing their professional career in the aeronautical sector.

What does this internship consists in?

Together with Camilo José Cela University, Airbus has developed an exclusive program (DISCOVER) designed for those interested in the best training in new areas of knowledge essential to be able to develop as professionals of the future.

You will have the opportunity to study a Master , organized in three training blocks, that will allow you to DISCOVER the skills most in demand today. It will be combined with an 11 month internship at Airbus in an area related to your degree, where you can learn and complete your academic background.

The start of the internship will be in early Oct 2026, and will last 11 months (August disabled for all purposes). It is a full-time experience (40h/week), in which you will receive an attractive study grant.

Internship Job Description

Do you love aeronautic sector? Are you a pasionate of the manufacturing world? Do you want to learn how a manufacturing plant is managed? Are you wanting to be in daily contact with the large carbon fiber structures that we manufacture?

During your internship you will join the Quality department where you will support the manufacturing process in Airbus Illescas plant.

You will support the deployment of the quality tools in the following four areas: Quaility Operational (A350, A320 and A330), Laboratory, Quality engineering, Quality of new products. Beause of this you will be able to overview the whole quality activities of the plant

The quality tools to be used are: Practical Problem Solving, Customer Protection Board, Inspection reports, Control Plan, APQP, Incomning and process inspection test, QPS, Measurement System Analysis, Operational Surveillances

You will be involved in the three production lines from que Quality Assurance prespective: A350, A320 and A330

The main tools to be used for the current position are: SAP, Manufacturing Execution System, Statistical Process Control tool, HORUS, Lab tool, Google workspace

Required skills #AirbusDiversity

• Engineering degree is required specially appreciated Aeronautical, Industrial, Organizational or Chemical.
  
• The knowledge of Composite material technology will be valued as well as Programing skills.
  
• As part of multifunctional teams the Quality function highly requires soft skill as communication, ability to influence and leadership
  
• Advanced level of English (C1 level).
  
• Good communication skills, learning orientation and proactive attitude!
