AIRBUS offer more than 70 vacancies for our full time graduate program in Spain - #Discover II 2026/2027 . Starting date 5th October 2026 until 1st October.
We are looking for recent graduates from different disciplines interested in developing their professional career in the aeronautical sector. The current context demands different ways of looking, thinking and
relating.

The selection process will be during April 2026 until July 2026.

What does this internship consists in?

Together with Camilo José Cela University, Airbus has developed an exclusive program (Discover) designed for those interested in the best training in new areas of knowledge essential to be able to develop as professionals of the future.

You will have the opportunity to study a Master, organized in three training blocks, that will allow you to Discover the skills most in demand today. It will be combined with an 11 month internship at Airbus in an area related to your degree, where you can learn and complete your academic background.

The start of the internship will be in early October 2026, and will last 11 months (August disabled for all purposes). It is a full-time experience (40h/week), in which you will receive an attractive study grant.

Join the Ethics and Compliance team in Getafe!

Knowledge to be acquired and tasks to be carried out by the student.

The student will acquire knowledge in the application of compliance policy and process frameworks, within a professional highly dynamic business setting in the aerospace sector. The internship will enable the student to gain experience in the detection, prevention, mitigation and resolution of risks associated to international business deals, being the main focus on prevention of corruption, fraud and conflict of interest. The student will also benefit from learning how to interact in a multicultural environment across a diversity of functions and will be able to challenge and improve its hard and soft skills against day to day business demands, supported by and under tutorship of experienced compliance professionals.

The tasks will include assistance in the following areas:

  • Compliance´s risk analysis and verifications during the business acquisition process, including country specific reviews.
  • Due diligence of third parties and documentary filing.
  • Review and negotiation of compliance clauses in contractual settings.
  • Monitoring of Affiliates in their execution of compliance policy and processes and in internal remediation activities linked to audit´s findings and recommendations
  • Know Your Customer (KYC) and Know Your Supplier checks, including interface with AML aspects.
  • Regulatory monitoring changes in compliance field and related industry standards.
  • Delivery of trainings and preparation of presentations for lessons learned cases.
  • Preliminary fact findings in support of investigations.
  • Gifts, Hospitalities, Sponsors, Donations and Memberships evaluation and approval process associated to sales campaigns.

As a successful candidate, you will be able to demonstrate the following qualifications, skills and experience:

Mandatory:

  • University Bachelor Degree followed by Master education in Law Studies, with preferably complementary education in Business Administration or Finance.
  • High level of integrity, discretion and ability to handle commercial sensitive information.
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time-management skills to meet deadlines.
  • Outstanding analytical thinking and capacity to simplify complex matters for efficient reporting.
  • Ability to structure, analyze, and maintain data; Google and Microsoft (Sheets, Files, Word, PowerPoint, Excel) and Artificial Intelligence applications.
  • Excellent and accurate verbal and written communication skills in English and Spanish; French and /or German as a desirable plus.
  • High motivation to learn by doing in Compliance matters, with proactive, respectful and friendly attitude, resilient, adaptable, team player, with ego under control.
  • Desirable as a plus: previous internship or professional experience in a multinational environment, law firm or international institution.
