AIRBUS offer more than 60 vacancies for our full time graduate program in Spain - # DISCOVER II 2025/2026 - Starting date October 1st 2025.

We are looking for recent graduates from different disciplines interested in developing their professional career in the aeronautical sector.The current context demands different ways of looking, thinking and relating.

What does this internship consists in?

Together with Camilo José Cela University, Airbus has developed an exclusive program (#DISCOVER) designed for those interested in the best training in new areas of knowledge essential to be able to develop as professionals of the future.

You will have the opportunity to study a Master, organized in three training blocks, that will allow you to DISCOVER the skills most in demand today. It will be combined with an 11 month internship at Airbus in an area related to your degree, where you can learn and complete your academic background.

The start of the internship will be in early October 2025, and will last 11 months (August disabled for all purposes). It is a full-time experience (40h/week), in which you will receive an attractive study grant.

Who are we? The Quality Engineering Airframe for RFE (Rear Fuselage & Empennage) Team is:

  • Transnational team based in Getafe, Hamburg and Lisboa and highly collaborative and integrated with our Engineering colleagues


  • Assuring highest standards of Quality Management System and always driving change and improvements


  • We assure the development of strategies, concepts, standards and tools for Engineering and Continuous Performance Improvement. As well as continued compliance with european requirements, regulations and approvals


  • Always interested in the Voice of the Customer and work to solving their top irritants issues


We are looking for an intenrship in Getafe to collaborate with us,

Main activities

  • Participate in the Airbus Quality Standards inside Design community
  • Learn to work with the main quality tools such as Design Reviews (DR), Design Risk Analysis (DFMEA), Quality planning (APQP), Problem solving methodology (PPS), and check the Major modification implementation (FIC).
  • Collaborate to develop & maintain effective Quality KPI - (key Performance Indicators)


Up skills

  • General knowledge on Airbus Aircraft Structure Design and Development
  • Specific knowledge in Quality Management System and Quality standards
  • Develop digital skills into an aircraft environment for Quality Engineer purpose
  • Improve Coordination & negotiation skills, Experience in Project Management


Projects to work

  • We cover a huge organization and functions involved in all Airbus Commercial Programs (A220, A320 Family, A330, A350, A350 Freighter, A380), Design and Stress airframe structure, R&T environment supporting innovative projects, Airline Customers Services topics, Production Engineering issues & non conformities and new Digital Design solutions.


Required skills

As a successful candidate, you will be able to demonstrate the following skills and experience:

  • Educated in an Engineering degree or a related discipline
  • Advanced level in English.
  • Spanish: Fluent in written and oral ( minimum level B1)
  • General knowledge in Quality Management System
  • Data analytics and advance Google Workspace (sheet, App Script, looker studio)
  • Basic programming skills (Java and Python)
  • Self-motivation, autonomous and communication skills
  • Team spirit and great collaboration
  • Ability to work in complex and international environments.
