AIRBUS offers 40 vacancies for our full time graduate programme in Spain - #DISCOVER II 2024/2025 - Starting date Oct 1st 2023.

We are looking for recent graduates from different disciplines interested in developing their professional career in the aeronautical sector.

Together with Camilo José Cela University, Airbus has developed an exclusive program (DISCOVER) designed for those interested in the best training in new areas of knowledge essential to be able to develop as professionals of the future.


You will have the opportunity to study a Master, organized in three training blocks, that will allow you to DISCOVER the skills most in demand today. It will be combined with an 11 month internship at Airbus in an area related to your degree, where you can learn and complete your academic background.


The start of the internship will be in early Oct 2023, and will last 11 months (August disabled for all purposes). It is a full-time experience (40h/week), in which you will receive an attractive study grant.

Internship Description

Internship within AIRBUS Procurement Aerostructures, for the Composite Detail Parts Sub-commodity.

The jobholder will participate in the purchasing and contracting process for composite parts delivered to all Airbus sites.

Transnational & multifunctional team work.

The jobholder will support the team on the following activities:

  • Procurement projects and call for tenders with a trans-national scope within the scope of the Composite Detail Parts Sub-commodity.

  • Relevance, quality and consistency of the contracts.

Required skills

  • Recent Graduates in Engineering, Business, Law or a related discipline.

  • Strong motivation and ability to work in an international and changing environment.

  • Market & supplier assessment.

  • Call for tender process.

  • Management of basic products.

  • Procured Products/Services Risk Mgt -

  • Compliance Requirements.

  • Establish contracts.

  • Drive Quality improvement and innovation.

  • Advanced level of English (C1 level), Spanish desirable but not mandatory.

  • Good communication skills, learning orientation and proactive attitude!
