AIRBUS offer more than 70 vacancies for our full time graduate program in Spain - #Discover I 2026/2027 - Starting date 2nd March 2026 until 26th February.

We are looking for recent graduates from different disciplines interested in developing their professional career in the aeronautical sector. The current context demands different ways of looking, thinking and relating.

The selection process will be during October 2025 until February 2026.

What does this internship consists in?

Together with Camilo José Cela University, Airbus has developed an exclusive program (Discover) designed for those interested in the best training in new areas of knowledge essential to be able to develop as professionals of the future.

You will have the opportunity to study a Master, organized in three training blocks, that will allow you to Discover the skills most in demand today. It will be combined with an 11 month internship at Airbus in an area related to your degree, where you can learn and complete your academic background.

The start of the internship will be in early March 2026, and will last 11 months (August disabled for all purposes). It is a full-time experience (40h/week), in which you will receive an attractive study grant.

Internship Job Description:

The selected trainee will work together with the Project Change Leader in the “End to End” modification process Process within the A350 and A330 programme all along the program life cycle (from the change initialization until the implementation of the change on the aircraft and MOD closure and certification (Linefit and/or In-Service Modifications) for changes impacting sections and work packages under the Spain ATAs (in particular the A350 HTP and the A330 Pax Door1).

The PCL (Project Change Leader) accountabilities are:

- The PCL acts as the Project Leader for the Changes.He/she is accountable to lead the MOD MFT and coordinate transnationally all involved stakeholders (Plants, Industrial Planning, Production, Engineering, Customer Services, Suppliers)
- He/she is accountable for all the configuration deliverables for the dossiers he/she is in charge of to enable the best decision making at Decision Board on Time-Ccost-Quality.
- He/she is accountable for the correct implementation of the change on the aircraft until MOD closure, according to the Decision Board mandate, on time, on cost and on quality.
- He/she is accountable for the implementation of the change, ensuring the compliance with A330 and A350 Programme Policies. She/he is taking the lead on the end to end modification implementation by all stakeholders and gathering all the inputs to deliver right first time.

The trainee will acquire knowledge on:

  • Airbus Configuration Process, Fundamentals & Tools (ICC ACP, ACC2, Sprint)
  • Project management and planning tools
  • Working in a diverse and transnational environment.

- Degree in engineering.

- Languages

  • Fluent in Spanish.
  • Advance level English.
