We are looking for recent graduates from different disciplines interested in developing their professional career in the aeronautical sector.The current context demands different ways of looking, thinking and relating.
What does this internship consists in?
Together with Camilo José Cela University, Airbus has developed an exclusive program (#DISCOVER) designed for those interested in the best training in new areas of knowledge essential to be able to develop as professionals of the future.
You will have the opportunity to study a Master, organized in three training blocks, that will allow you to DISCOVER the skills most in demand today. It will be combined with an 11 month internship at Airbus in an area related to your degree, where you can learn and complete your academic background.
The start of the internship will be in early March 2025, and will last 11 months (August disabled for all purposes). It is a full-time experience (40h/week), in which you will receive an attractive study grant.
Internship description:
The position is offered in Technology Planning & Roadmapping organization which is in charge of leading Group Technology Portfolio Management & Planning, driving Technology Roadmaps & Valuation, and ensuring excellence on R&T Program Delivery Performance. On top of this, this area has the role of Airbus R&T National Representative in Spain.
The student will work closely and actively with a mentor to support Technology Planning and Roadmapping activities.
The Main activities you will perform are:
Projects planning and follow up
Actions tracking
Reports & documentation preparation & updates
Database and chart creation
Workshops preparation
Meeting preparation, reporting and dashboard.
Project baselining
Risks & Opportunities management
Project Monitoring & Control
Projects follow up meetings
The student will learn about:
Project and Programme management
Stakeholder management
Risks & Opportunities management

As a successful candidate, you will be able to demonstrate the following skills and experience:
Degree in Engineering or Business/Finance
English: negotiation level
Spanish: B1 Intermediate level.
Good communication skills
