AIRBUS offer more than 70 vacancies for our full time graduate program in Spain - #DISCOVER I 2025/2026 - Starting date March 3rd 2025


We are looking for recent graduates from different disciplines interested in developing their professional career in the aeronautical sector.The current context demands different ways of looking, thinking and relating.

What does this internship consists in?

Together with Camilo José Cela University, Airbus has developed an exclusive program (#DISCOVER) designed for those interested in the best training in new areas of knowledge essential to be able to develop as professionals of the future.

You will have the opportunity to study a Master, organized in three training blocks, that will allow you to DISCOVER the skills most in demand today. It will be combined with an 11 month internship at Airbus in an area related to your degree, where you can learn and complete your academic background.

The start of the internship will be in early March 2025, and will last 11 months (August disabled for all purposes). It is a full-time experience (40h/week), in which you will receive an attractive study grant.

Internship Job Description:

You will be a member of the Planning & Scheduling team in Getafe premises, focus on our manufactured products WB HTPs, SA HTP and S19 A350 you will collaborate with various stakeholders as Production, Manufacturing Engineering, Logistic, Supply Chain, Quality.

Your main task will be:

- Material & parts management in manufacturing according to production requirements. Coordinates the different actors involved in the production (from suppliers to customers).

- Control the production status.

- Build, update and analyse KPIs measuring production plan execution and deliveries, define the improvement plan and associated actions.

- Update SAP with dedicated stakeholder.

- Planning and production activity control dashboards update, manage work orders according production scheduling, releases the work orders and supports the Production Pace Control is also part of the daily bases in this area.

As a successful candidate, you will be able to demonstrate the following skills and experience:

  • You are dynamic, self-motivated, and you have a desire to work in a collaborative team environment.

  • You are curious, open, interested in business development and in innovation and you think team first.

  • You are familiar with the industrial environment and you have a first experience in industrial operations, in aerospace ideally.

  • You like to analyse data and provide synthesis and strategic recommendations.

  • You have a Degree in Engineering in the field Industrial, Aerospace, IT…, or ADE.

  • Data analytics management and problem solving skills.

  • You have strong verbal and written communication in English and Spanish (negotiation level is required).
