Airbus Defence and Space is looking for a Data Integration PSL Product Manager (f/m) to join our Data Management department based in Toulouse, France.

You will be part of a transnational team responsible for making data flow within Airbus Defence and Space and with external partners, customers, or governments. As a Data Integration PSL Product Manager, you will be responsible for a team of Data Engineers, in charge of the implementation and delivery of all data integration activities included in our backlog of projects, in accordance with the needs of project leaders and business partners (on time, on quality, and on costs). You will lead a technical team and ensure adherence to our harmonized and simplified architectures, working in close alignment with the architecture team in the company.

This position requires a security clearance or will require being eligible for clearance by the recognized authorities.

Your challenges:

Team Management: Lead and motivate a team of Data Engineers around data integration platforms.

Project Management: Prioritize and manage projects related to the data integration products backlog.

Coordination: Collaborate with demand and delivery teams to align planning, execution, and SLA/OLA fulfillment across the product lifecycle.

Product Lifecycle: Manage the full data integration product E2E lifecycle, including releases, testing, transitions, and operational integration aligned with ITIL practices.

Needs Anticipation: Anticipate the needs related to new product capabilities based on new use cases and liaise with the head office to define the best approach.

Your profile:

Education: University degree in an IT-related field.

Experience: Over 5 years of relevant work experience as a transnational team leader in IT areas of transnational companies.

Technical Skills: Extensive experience in project/program management in complex environments, knowledge of problem-solving methodologies (PPS, 5whys, etc.), experience in developing technical and support documentation, knowledge of DevOps methods and tools.

Languages: Negotiation level in English (knowledge of German would be a plus).
