Responsibilities - your mission

Your mission will be to contribute to the most important aircraft program in our company! The Single Aisle program is currently going through a production ramp-up and is not only the heart of AIRBUS, but also a door for infinite professional opportunities! The main tasks and responsibilities will include:

  • Collaborate transnationally with teams along the Value Stream Management and ensure end to end solutions
  • Consulting for different customers on digital development and improvement projects (including the understanding, challenging and translation of the customer into clear user stories)
  • Consolidating data from Skywise, analyzing, visualizing and interpreting them in order to provide specific deliverables (e.g. KPIs, Dashboards, Performance Analysis, Business Recommendations, Reports, etc...)
  • Supporting Project Leaders in their accountability to achieve time, cost, quality and performance objectives
  • Establish connection between the Data Analytics and the Single Aisle Performance Management system to allow activity prioritization according to the top management requirements


Requirements - our ideal candidate will have

  • Bachelor or Master degree in relevant field
  • Negotiation level in English
  • Good knowledge in Airbus Analytics Platforms (e.g. Skywise including Contour, Slate and Code Repository)
  • Programming skills in Python/Pyspark or equivalent
  • Excellent G Suite skills
  • Experience with data management
  • Experience with stakeholder management and a customer oriented mindset
  • Understanding of Performance Management, Project Management (e.g. Waterfall and Agile methodology) and planning tools (e.g. Planisware, MS Project, etc..)
  • Structured way of working with resilience and proactiveness
  • Ability to simplify the business and communicate easily
  • Flexibility and a team player with innovative thinking
