Cyber Security Service Manager (M/F)

Job Description:

Airbus Defense and Space is looking for a Cyber Security Service Manager (M/F) to join our international team in Toulouse, France.

As part of the team, you will contribute to support managing the entire life-cycle of security incidents and Security Operation Center (SOC) Service delivery.

And you will be responsible for technically managing and the full triage of security life cycle management of our SOC with Processes, detection, availability and performance.

Your challenges:

• Define the Service and Product Lines descriptions, the SLA, OLA contracts and KPIs together with the various involved business domains in agreement with the product manager
  
• Monitor reports and manages the fulfilment of the SLAs
  
• Manage actions for mitigation in case of non- fulfillment in agreement with the product manager
  
• Manage the maintenance cost allocation together with the business
  
• Define the required corrective actions to be led to meet the objectives and drives the associated operational teams
  
• Ensure services are delivered in accordance with agreed customer requirements and that they continue to meet or exceed expectations
  
• Manage SOC Operational KPI´s, Evolution & Enhancements
  
• Support cyber security strategy development
  
• Support Investigation of SOC alerts and security incidents
  
• Support incident response in crisis mode
  
• Contribute to the industrialization of Tooling (Log Management, EDR, SOAR, ...), Network analysis, Host analysis, Detection, ....
  

Your profile:

• Min 5 years of professional experience in Cyber security
  
• Certifications of GIAC or comparable
  
• Vendor certification on products
  
• ITIL Foundation and beyond
  
• Service Management experience
  
• Project Management experience
  
• Experience and knowledge in security tooling and usage
  
• Experienced in working of difficult and challenging environments
  
• Good communication skills
  
• Remote working in an international team
  
• Team collaboration
  
• Fluent in French and in English.
  

This position requires a security clearance or will require being eligible for clearance by the recognized authorities.
