Job Description:

ヘリコプター販売後のアフターサポートを担う部門において,機体•装備品の整備,修理,改造,また装備品•部品販売等の営業活動に従事します.

官公庁(海上保安庁,消防•防災,警察,防衛省等)ほか民間のお客様が運航されている機体に向けてメーカー直下の高質な包括的サポートを提供し,長期的な伴走体制のもと安定したビジネスの獲得•拡大を目指します.

契約締結から履行までに至る一連のプロセスにおいて,お客様の窓口として,顧客対応や部署横断的な協働により,様々な課題解決を図ります.これにより,顧客満足を確保し,お客様との良好な関係性のもと,継続的な契約,ひいては新規機体の販売に貢献します.

1) ヘリコプター•装備品の整備,修理,改造,装備品•部品販売の提案および契約締結

2) 契約履行に伴う顧客対応および社内調整

3) 売上計画および収支管理

4) 顧客満足維持向上
