Airbus Commercial Aircraft is looking for a Claim Manager (f/m) to join our Customer Services activity based in Toulouse, France.
You will be part of a team developing supplier claims management across several Business Lines (FHS, Satair, Upgrade Services). As part of the department, you will be involved in managing different steps of the claim process (Quantification, Preparation, Submission, and Control) aiming at recovering industrial performance and compensating the cost of non-performance.

Your challenges:
- Ensure claim consistency using existing tools and identify computation rules to update calculation tools
- Prepare dossiers with consolidated data for the Claim Review Committee, organize required technical documentation to challenge suppliers, and lead negotiations for Transportation cost & Reliability claims
- Contribute to negotiations with suppliers, propose contract amendments if necessary, and trade claim values against financial, contractual, or industrial performance improvements.
- Ensure claim compensations are fully booked, utilize software/databases efficiently, and maintain accurate tracking across various program setups .
- Contribute to improvement projects regarding processes and cost controlling, connect with main stakeholders , and foster a strong team spirit inside the department.
Your boarding pass:
- First experience with Aviation Services activity, supported by an Engineering or Financial background.
- Ability to understand complex contractual conditions and navigate precedence across programs.
- Technical expertise in IT tools: Advanced knowledge of Google Workspace and Excel, alongside proficiency in Skywise.
- Demonstrated ability to multitask with effective organizational skills, high attention to detail, and a focus on data accuracy and on-time/on-quality dossier delivery.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills; Fluent English is required, French is a plus.
