Main activities :
- Perform required inspection on parts according instructions.
- Create measuring program.
- Create instructions for inspection activities.
- Create non conformity report if needed.
- Authorize use of part after control when results are conform.
- Be the AH focal point when needed for non-conformity (NC) handling.
- Provide operational support on demand for quality surveillance topics.
- Participate and be involved in the continuous improvement process.
Professional experience
- 5 - 10 years’ experience in Quality Inspection (Measurement, CMM, manual devices, including programming).
- Min 3 years ‘experience in aerospace industries.
Competencies
- Knowledge in CMM programming and measurement.
- Knowledge in inspection processes and technologies.
- Knowledge in Quality Systems and standards for aeronautical industry.
- Knowledge in manufacturing technologies (mainly in machining).
Soft Skills
- Ability to work in an multicultural and multidisciplinary environment.
- Dedication to represent “quality” as ultimate requirement in aeronautical industry.
- Autonomy and rigor to apply and follow standards.
- Capacity to analyze problems and to propose solutions in a synthetic way.
- Good communication skills.
IT Tools
- SAP.
- NCM, Quality performance tools.
- MS Office (Microsoft, Google).
Languages
- Spanish.
- English (intermediate level).
- French &/or German is a plus.
