CapEx & Resources Management Support (Temp Agency)

Job Description:

The job holder´s main mission is to give support to the management activities of CapEx investments and Resources within ODC Illescas Plant scope.

For this mission the job holder works with internal stakeholder in the plant (CapEx and Resources manager, project leaders, HR, Ho functions, Finance) and external stakeholder such as the Capex Central team or OD P&I (ODE).

CapEx manager’s impact on the business is critical as is in charge of ensuring the correct funding and planning according to CapEx policy not to impact on means required for H&S topics, Ramp Up, New developments, obsolescence and productivity projects mainly

Currently the CapEx manager manage an amount of CapEx of 30m€ in a yearly basic within the plant

RESPONSABILITIES:

• Give support to Plant CapEx & Resource management in terms of:
  
  • CapEx dossiers preparation
    
  • CapEx Planning Tool update in terms of investment required, phasing per years, data accuracy
    
  • CapEx sessions MoM
    
  • CPN request and management with project leaders
    
  • Small CapEx Management
    
  • Resources Evolution update considering actuals, forecast, needs... For Resource performance management and MPS reviews
    

SKILLS:

• Educated in an Engineering degree
  
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  
• Organized & Structured.
  
• Advanced level in English and Spanish.
