Role : Business Analyst (SAP MM with Ariba)

Number of positions : 1

Description:

As an SAP MM Business Analyst , he/she should understand business processes and architecture of Airbus SAP landscape and define/suggest SAP best practices and Golden rules. Your area of responsibility will extend to designing, implementing, documenting and supporting the MM module within the SAP system, focusing on Logistics; Supplier interfacing; Ariba.

The candidate will join the spares & services team providing digital solutions to manage business processes throughout the Airbus group wide. As such, he/she needs to have a strong customer focus.

The candidate will work in an international, distributed and multi-functional team.

Qualification & Experience:

• Graduate with 6-7 years of experience in SAP MM module.
  
• In depth knowledge on SAP MM processes along with integration of MM with other modules.
  
• Expertise in configuration of SAP Procurement processes, Supplier interfaces.
  
• Good knowledge of the following SAP MM topics: PR, PO, Special procurement types, Release strategy, Contracts, Agreements, Procure to pay cycle.
  
• Strong understanding & experience in Integration of MM with other modules like SD, FI and PP/QM.
  
• Good knowledge on Inventory Management/Physical Inventory involving goods receipt, invoice receipt, issue of goods.
  
• Must have knowledge of Material, Vendor, Service, Material info record and Source list.
  
• S4 HANA implementation experience is required.
  
• Experience with interfacing to external applications such as Ariba is an added advantage.
  

Responsibilities

• Responsible for the successful delivery of the SAP MM module related deliverables in SAP and S4 HANA implementation, support, and upgrade projects.
  
• Provide functional and business process expertise to the project team, resolve MM related issues.
  
• Knowledge and experience in implementation planning, fit analysis, configuration, testing, rollout and post-implementation support.
  
• Experience in working with teams to prioritize work and drive system solutions by clearly articulating business needs
  
• Ensure customer facing for requirement analysis and delivery.
