Airbus Commercial Aircraft is looking for a Building and Construction Project Leader (f/m) to join our Facility Management Real Estate department based in Toulouse, France.

You will join a passionate community whose mission is to design & build infrastructure modifying the footprint of Airbus Commercial site. We are also responsible for managing general services such as customer services and site services

Your challenges:

  • Perform all necessary organizational, technical, economic, and planning tasks for the management of construction projects within your scope.
  • Deliver on time, on quality and on budget all projects assigned including all items linked with health & safety.
  • Support Facility Management Real Estate (FMRE) in shaping the development of the organization and business critical decisions
  • Drive processes through innovation excellence and best practice sharing, seeking for improvement of organizational performance
  • Enhance relationship between FMRE services lines (Front office - Back office connections) - management in matricial organization
  • Represents FMRE management team in internal/ external forum, communities
  • Promote FMRE practices, digital solutions and ensure communication in the sites
  • Establish & develop close relationships with FMRE worldwide teams and collaborate with them to develop good relationship with key Business Partners


Your boarding pass:

  • First experience in civil engineering in the field of construction project management.
  • First experience in coordinating external stakeholders.
  • Ability to understand the big picture and simplify messages and processes.
  • Sensitive to customer needs and good experience in supplier and customer relations.
  • Good organizational skills, good interpersonal skills and team spirit.
  • Ability to propose creative and disruptive solutions.
  • Independent and adaptable.
  • Ability to develop a network.
  • Fluent in both French and English.
