Lead and manage the bid preparation from strategy meeting to final validation, before submission to customer by Sales Plan and lead the bid project and the bid team, including coordination of partners required Draw up a bid which comprises technical (e.g. Statement of Work) and/or commercial (e.g. price, risks, T&Cs) aspects.

Ensure compliance check and export applications which need to be processed in parallel to the bid preparation.

Prepare the required assumptions and constraints (e.g. pricing and associated cost drivers, as appropriate) for finance.

Ensure that the bid is validated by appropriate committees.

Support the Sales manager to present and discuss the bid as needed.
