Job Description:

You will report directly to Operation Controller & HO Programs & Operations Business Control Spain and functionally to the HO of Industry Spain.

You will support the BUSINESS & FUNCTION CONTROLLING processes of Operation activities in Spain, including but not limited to Rear Fuse MCA, NH90 FF, NH90 Mating / Pre-FAL, Airframes assembly, manufacturing, painting and other industrial operations for all programs, in coordination with corresponding program controllers.

Your main tasks will be:

  • Support to set up and control of contracts, concerning profitability, risk / opportunities and contingency assessment and management, from business case (handover) to contract closing.
  • Support of control of missing hours every month.
  • Support to the OP / FC processes
  • Support to control the monthly result of related contracts & follows up and monitors all the parameters in connection with the financial performance of the activity for the current year.
  • Contribute to reporting process and synthesis, performance measurement, root causes for deviations and corresponding advisement to the function and various stakeholders.
  • Support to monitors actual costs vs planned costs per activity and item
  • Support to builds up, discusses and substantiates all the business cases needed (offers, improvement projects, developments). Ensures assumptions and results coherence so that eventually provides financial validation.
  • Contribution in budget process for all functions within the Operation and provides with analytical data for budget framing and validation (opex, travels and payroll), ensuring its affordability in the frame of OP / FC.
  • Support in Invoicing Process and Cash In actions.
  • Contribution in monthly and year-end-closing
  • Contribution in Audit Reporting


Academic background:

Degree in Economics.

Degree in Business Administration.

Engineer with Finance / Business Management background.

Key competences:

  • Project Management Skills.
  • Strong analytical and synthesis skills.
  • Team & “Supportive” Spirit. Open minded.
  • Strong ability to work under pressure.
  • Problem solving oriented.
  • Agility to manage big amount of data.
  • SAP + Excel + Data Bases management (proficiency level)
