Como Inspetor de Qualidade na Helibras, você será o ponto de referência técnica para garantir que cada componente e sistema atenda aos padrões globais da Airbus e às regulamentações da ANAC.

Suas responsabilidades envolverão:

• Rigor Técnico: Executar inspeções de fabricação, montagem e manutenção, registrando com precisão qualquer não conformidade.
• Conformidade Normativa: Aplicar diretrizes de aeronavegabilidade, boletins de serviço e normas regulamentares (emissão de SEGVOO, CVA, APRS, etc.).
• Gestão de Qualidade: Atuar na inspeção física e documental desde o recebimento até a entrega final da aeronave ao cliente.
• Inovação: Identificar melhorias nos processos e apoiar o desenvolvimento de novas tecnologias no setor.

Requisitos:

• Formação Técnica: Ensino Técnico completo em Mecânica e/ou Elétrica.
• Habilitação (Obrigatória): Possuir CHT ativa em Célula e/ou GMP.
• Experiência: Mínimo de 05 anos em atividades de inspeção aeronáutica.
• Conhecimento: Profundo domínio da regulamentação de aviação civil brasileira e técnicas de inspeção de aeronaves.

Desejável:

• Formação como Mecânico em Manutenção de Aeronaves.
• Atitude proativa, atenção extrema aos detalhes e excelente capacidade de argumentação técnica.
• Foco no cliente e habilidade para trabalhar de forma autônoma em ambientes de alta responsabilidade.

As a Quality Inspector at Helibras, you will serve as the technical point of reference to ensure that every component and system meets Airbus’s global standards and ANAC regulations.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Technical Rigor: Conduct manufacturing, assembly, and maintenance inspections, accurately documenting any non-conformities.
• Regulatory Compliance: Apply airworthiness directives, service bulletins, and regulatory standards (issuance of SEGVOO, CVA, APRS, etc.).
• Quality Management: Conduct physical and documentary inspections from receipt through final delivery of the aircraft to the customer.
• Innovation: Identify process improvements and support the development of new technologies in the industry.

Requirements:

• Education: Completed technical training in Mechanics and/or Electrical Engineering.
• License (Required): Must hold a valid CHT license for Airframe and/or GMP.
• Experience: Minimum of 5 years in aircraft inspection activities.
• Knowledge: In-depth knowledge of Brazilian civil aviation regulations and aircraft inspection techniques.

Preferred:

• Training as an Aircraft Maintenance Mechanic.
• A proactive attitude, meticulous attention to detail, and excellent technical communication skills.
• Customer focus and the ability to work independently in high-stakes environments.
