Airbus Commercial Aircraft is looking for a Avionics Retrofit Systems Manager (f/m) to join our Airbus Services team based in Toulouse, France.

As a “Retrofit Systems Manager”, you will be responsible for a given set of avionics products of Upgrades Retrofit Projects to drive the technical definition and execution of the engineering retrofit solution (Service Bulletin).

Your role and responsibilities:

- Manage a Retrofit project (on-time, cost and quality) end to end from Technical 0ffer or Service Bulletin (SB) launching decision coming from Service Bulletin control Board (SBCB) to SB technical approval and dispatch to the customers, ensuring technical support when required.

- For optional upgrade subjects, perform Technical Offers and contribute to ROM at pre-sales phase, in coordination with Airframe Services (SRx) and Sales.

- For aircraft product improvement subjects perform the maturity analysis and decide on the launching of the retrofit solution and planning.

- Define the most appropriate retrofit solution technical definition based on customer expectations,

- Coordinate and contribute to MOD TRS creation/update/justification with Design Office (MOD new) or internally (MOD CTK - Close To Known),

- Support Production Center during SB authoring phase,

- Perform optional SB Technical Approval as per DOS delegations (after a period of training),

- Answer to customer queries (Tech Request) and support working parties, provide RDAF (Technical Adaptation) if necessary,

- Identify and develop new products/retrofit solutions in collaboration with Airframe Services and Design Office.

You boarding pass:

- Graduated from an Master in electronic or Aeronautical Engineering diploma

• Strong knowledge of aircraft avionics systems (at least one of the following ATA 22, 23, 27, 31, 34, 45, 46)

• Aircraft configuration management

• Airworthiness and safety
• Project management• Aircraft maintenance experience would be a plus• Proactive, good team player and good organizational skills• Good communication skills and customer minded• Curious and open-minded for change and continuous improvementGood level in French• Fluent in EnglishYour working environment:

Airbus Commercial Aircraft propose un poste d'Avionics Retrofit Systems Manager (f/h) pour rejoindre notre équipe Airbus Services basée à Toulouse, France.

En tant que Avionics Retrofit Systems Manager, vous serez responsable d'un ensemble donné de produits avioniques, de mener des projets de modernisation et de mise à niveau avion, pour cela vous devrez piloter la définition technique et l'exécution de la solution de modernisation technique (Bulletin de service).

Votre rôle et vos responsabilités :

- Gérer un projet de Retrofit (délais, coût et qualité) dans son intégralité depuis l'offre technique ou la décision de lancement du Service Bulletin (SB) prise en Service Bulletin Control Board (SBCB) jusqu'à l'approbation technique SB et l'expédition au client, ainsi que le support technique sur demande du client.

- Pour les modifications optionnelles vous devrez réaliser les offres techniques et contribuer au ROM en phase d'avant-vente, en coordination avec Airframe Services (SRx) et les Sales,

- Pour les mises à niveau avion vous devrez effectuer l'analyse de maturité et décider du lancement du service bulletin ainsi que de son planning.

- Définir la définition technique de la solution de rétrofit la plus adaptée en fonction des attentes du client.

- Coordonner et contribuer à la création/mise à jour/justification du dossier.MOD TRS avec le Bureau d'Etudes (MOD new) ou en interne (MOD CTK - Close To Known).

- Supporter le Centre de Production pendant la phase de rédaction des SB,
- Effectuer l'Agrément Technique des SB optionnels selon les délégations DOS (après une période de formation).- Répondre aux requêtes des clients (Tech Request) et accompagner les groupes de travail, fournir des RDAF (Adaptation Technique) si nécessaire.- Identifier et développer de nouveaux produits/solutions de rétrofit en collaboration avec Airframe Services et le Bureau d'Etudes.
