We are looking for an ATR Compliance /Quality Manager 147 : to come onboard in our Quality Customer Services organization and under the ATR Quality directory in Thomas’ team.

Your Mission

  • Compliance /Quality Monitoring of Part 147 ATR approval as per applicable regulations ( EASA PART 147, PART 66 and foreign regulations when needed )
  • Carry out regulatory monitoring
  • Supporting implementation of internal processes AS9100 in relation with Quality Customer Services activities
  • Act as back-up of ATO/FSTD Compliance Manager

You will be responsible for the following deliverables:

1. Compliance /Quality Monitoring 147

Expected deliverables:

  • Authoring and updating the applicable documentation ( MTOE ...)
  • Conducting audits as per Part 147 and Part 66 regulations
  • Qualification of the staff (ARS)
  • Referent for external surveillance (authority representatives)
  • Continuous improvement (NC management, Return On Experience...)
  • Change Management

2. Regulatory Monit oring

Expected deliverables:

  • Analysis of key changes of the applicable EASA regulations
  • Modification of the internal documentation when applicable
  • Training of the staff when applicable

3 . Internal Processes EN/AS9100

Expected deliverables:

  • Coordination of the internal processes related to ATR approvals for Services
  • Quarterly process reviews

4 . Support to ATO/FSTD Compliance Manager

Expected deliverables:

  • Follow-up of ATO/FSTD compliance topics
  • Support internal and external audits

About you

  • EASA Part 147 organisation - Experience 5Y+
  • Knowledge on EASA regulations (CAMO , PART M , PART 145)
  • Qualified auditor
  • 10+ years of experience in a eronautical industry
  • Flexibility , pragmatism , rigor , autonomous

Nous recherchons un ATR - Responsable C onformité /Qualité EASA Part 147 pour rejoindre notre service Qualité Service Clients dans la direction Q ualité d’ATR, au sein de l'équipe d e Thomas :

Votre mission

  • Gestion de la conformité (Qualité) de l’agrément 147 d’ATR selon les réglementations en vigueur (PART 147 , PART 66 ...)
  • Assurer la veille réglementaire
  • Supporter la mise en œ uvre des processus internes EN9100 ( en lien avec l’activité Qualité Service Client)
  • Assurer le back-up du responsable de conformité ATO/FSTD

Vous aurez la responsabilité des livrables suivants :

1. Su rveillance de la conformité/qualité de l’agrément 147

Livrables attendus :

  • Rédaction et mise à jour documentaire (M TOE et procédures associées)
  • Audits internes conformément aux règlements Part 147 et Part 66
  • Qualification et su i vi du personnel ( instructeurs / examinateurs )
  • Point focal pour la surveillance externe ( autorités )
  • Amélioration co nt inue ( gestion des NC, Return On Experience ...)
  • Gestion du changement

2. Veille réglementaire

Livrables attendus:

  • Analys e des évolutions réglementaires EASA
  • Mise à jour documentaire (si applicable)
  • Formation/sensibilisation du personnel (si applicable)

3. Processus internes EN/AS9100

Livrables attendus:

  • Coordination des processus internes liés aux agréments ATR Services Client
  • Partic i per activement aux revues de processus trimetrielles

4 . Support au responsable de su iv i de la conformité ATO/FSTD

Livrables attendus:

  • Suivi des sujets compliance ATO/FSTD
  • Support aux audits internes et externes
