Être stagiaire chez ATR, c’est être intégré au sein d’une équipe comme un membre à part entière avec un véritable périmètre d’intervention et des responsabilités.

Au sein du centre de formation ATR, sous la responsabilité du Responsable Qualification et Méthode, vous serez en charge de revoir la documentation existante de maintenance des simulateurs de vol afin de la rendre plus efficace. Vos tâches principales seront les suivantes :

  • Faire un état de l’existant de l’ensemble des documents qualité (procédure, consigne d’organisation et opératoire) décrivant l’activité de maintenance des simulateurs de vol à Toulouse, Singapour et Miami.
  • Proposer, avec le support de l’équipe, un nouveau mapping de documents en étant exhaustif dans le contenu tout en rationnalisant la quantité de documents utilisés
  • Animer des réunions de travail avec l’ensemble des fonctions impliquées
  • Formaliser le (ou les) nouveaux documents qualité

Ce stage est fait pour vous:

  • Master Degree dans le domaine Aéronautique
  • Maitrise de MS Office
  • Autonomie et rigueur
  • Capacité d’analyse et de synthèse
  • Esprit d’équipe
  • Dynamique, proactif et force de proposition
  • Anglais: niveau courant à l’écrit comme à l’oral.

Durée 5-6 mois (maximum légal 6 mois)

Detailed description of the mission

Within the training center of ATR, under the responsibility of the Qualification and Method Manager, your mission will be to review the existing Flight Simulators maintenance documentation to make it clearer and more efficient. You will have the following main tasks :

  • Perform an as-is analysis on the existing quality documentation (process, operative task) describing the maintenance of the flight simulators in Toulouse, Singapore and Miami.
  • Propose, with the support of the team, a new set of documents enabling to be efficient and exhaustive
  • Manage working meetings with all involved stakeholders and functions
  • Formalize the new set of documents
