As part of the continuous improvement of the digital tool within the Engineering Integration Department, upgrade the existing Power BI (Business Intelligence) tool for defining new KPIs (Key Performance Indicators) and support/develop/finalize new interface tools related to aircraft modifications.

Power BI Project - Produce and maintain the KPI definition and upgrade the Power BI tool:

• Requirements gathering

• Identify and provide data on engineering KPIs for technical reporting and relevant decision-making

• Preparation of detailed technical specifications

• Interface with IT counterpart

• Functional and regression testing of the tool

• Use of the Power BI Self Tool platform for future developments

New Interface Tools - Produce new interface tools:

• Improvement/Development of an intelligent assistant to automate the extraction of information from various company documents

• Preparation of detailed technical specifications

• Interface with IT counterpart

This apprenticeship is designed for you

• Master's degree (first year) from school ideally (INSA and/or MIAGE)

• Technical skills: IT skills (Python, Power BI, Visual Studio Code, VBA, Machine Learning, MySQL, Java, Database Management); Management skills (Project Management, Microsoft Office Suite)

• Soft skills: Rigor, Organization, Proactivity

• Required languages: French (native/advanced level); English (advanced/fluent level); Italian (that’s a plus)

Descriptif des missions proposées

Dans le cadre de l'amélioration continue de l'outil numérique au sein du Département Engineering Integration, mettre à niveau l'outil Power BI (Business Intelligence) existant pour la définition des nouveaux KPI (Key Performance Index) et supporter/développer/finaliser de nouveaux outils d'interface concernant les modifications avion.

Projet Power BI - Produire et maintenir la définition des KPI et la mise à niveau de l'outil Power BI :

  • Collecte des besoins
  • Identifier et fournir des données sur les KPI d'ingénierie pour le rapport technique et la prise de décisions pertinentes
  • Préparation des spécifications techniques détaillées
  • Interface avec homologue informatique
  • Tests fonctionnels et de régression outil
  • Utilisation de la plateforme Self Tool Power BI pour de futures évolutions

Nouveaux outils d'interface - Produire de nouveaux outils d'interface :

  • Amélioration/Développement d’un assistant intelligent pour automatiser l’extraction d’informations provenant de divers documents d’entreprise
  • Préparation des spécifications techniques détaillées
  • Interface avec homologue informatique

Cet apprentissage est fait pour vous :

  • Diplôme Master 1 et l’école idéalement (INSA et/ou MIAGE)
  • Compétences techniques : Compétences informatique (Python, Power BI, Visual Studio Code, VBA, Machine Learning, MySQL, Java, Gestion de Bases de données) ; Compétences en gestion (Gestion de projet, Pack Office)
  • Savoir être : Rigueur, Organisation, Proactivité
  • Langues nécessaires : Français (niveau maternelle/avancé) ; Anglais (niveau avancé/maîtrisé) ; Italien (c’est un plus)
