Your mission:

An apprenticeship opportunity titled : « Apprentice - Structures » has just opened at Airbus India l ocated in Bangalore . You will join the Structures department in charge of Materials & Processes .

Ideally, this is a 12-month program and it should start in [Month/Year] (date subject to flexibility).

Your main missions will consist of :

• Understand the materials and process in the manufacturing of Aircrafts.

• Sustainability evaluation and footprint impact evaluation of materials and processes used in Airbus aircrafts.

• Evaluation of EHS impact of materials and processes.

• Digitalization in materials data, AI/ML in material science to optimize the processes / materials.

Your tutor will support you identify your professional objectives and develop your skills

This apprenticeship will allow you to develop the following skills:

• Aircraft Materials - Metals, composites

• Sustainability evaluation of materials and process used in the aircrafts

• Digitalization and automation opportunities in Material data (Materials Informatics)

Your Boarding Pass:

Eligibility Criteria:

• You are a Fresh Graduate (Technical Under Graduate or Post Graduate) in Aerospace / Mechanical / material science/Chemical
  
• Zero Work Experience: This program is exclusively for candidates with no prior full-time professional work experience. (Internships and academic projects are excluded from this and are welcome).
  
• Commitment: Ability to commit to the full 12-month duration of the apprenticeship.
  

You possess the following competences:

- Technical skills :

• Material knowledge - Metals/ Composites
  
• Process knowledge - Metal / Composites
  
• Basic proficiency in at least one programming or scripting language (such as Python, Javascript, or C++).
  
• Introductory knowledge of data science, machine learning, or AI concepts.
  

- Soft Skills :

• Ability to work independently & in a team, in a transnational environment
  
• Ability to communicate effectively (oral, written & presentation)
  
• Flexibility & adaptability to changing project scenarios and requirements
  
• Stakeholder Management
  
• Interest and capability in using code to automate repetitive tasks, analyze engineering data, or run basic simulations.
  

- Language skills :

- English :Fluent
