Your mission:

An apprenticeship opportunity titled : Data and Business Analyst Apprenticeship (m/f) has just opened at Airbus India located in Bangalore. You will join the Digital Workplace (IIDW) India department in charge of Employee Collaboration, Devices & Services and Operational Performance.

Ideally, this is a 12-month program and it should start in June 2026 (date subject to flexibility).

Your main missions will consist of :

• Perform data analysis to identify key metrics, trends, and performance bottlenecks.
  
• Good knowledge of coding languages and automations
  
• Write and optimize PySpark, SQL queries and Python scripts to extract and transform data efficiently.
  
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand their data requirements and provide analytical support.
  
• Create data visualizations and reports to communicate data-driven insights and results effectively
  
• Continuously learn and apply new data analysis techniques and tools.
  
• Gather, document, and analyze business requirements from stakeholders.
  
• Support the creation of functional specifications, process workflows, and use cases.
  
• Support user acceptance testing (UAT) and track issues or feedback.
  
• Prepare reports, dashboards, and presentations for stakeholders.
  
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for process improvement.
  

Your tutor will support you identify your professional objectives and develop your skills

This apprenticeship will allow you to develop the following skills:

• Data Analytics and Scripting
  
• Design and develop interactive dashboards including data visualization and reporting
  
• Cross-functional Collaboration and stakeholder management
  
• Good understanding of IT Service Management (ITSM) Environment
  

Your Boarding Pass:

• You are a Fresh Graduate (Technical Under Graduate or Post Graduate) with a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Data Science or Engineering.
  
• Zero Work Experience: This program is exclusively for candidates with no prior full-time professional work experience. (Internships and academic projects are excluded from this and are welcome).
  
• Commitment: Ability to commit to the full 12-month duration of the apprenticeship.
  

You possess the following competences:

Technical skills :

• Hands-on experience with data visualization tools (Looker Studio, Google Sheets, Tableau,) and other data visualization tools
  

• Strong proficiency in PySpark, Python and SQL.
  
• Understanding of machine learning algorithms (supervised/unsupervised) and deep learning
  
• Knowledge of Generative AI (LLMs, Prompt Engineering).
  
• Basic understanding of business processes, workflows, and IT systems.
  

Soft Skills :

• Strong analytical and logical reasoning skills.
  
• Excellent communication and documentation skills.
  
• Ability to work effectively in a team.
  
• Strong attention to detail and a desire to learn new technologies.
  

Language skills :

• English : fluent
