Your mission:

An apprenticeship opportunity titled : “ Customer & Program Solutions Apprentice” has just opened at Airbus India, Bengaluru. You will join the “ Digital for Customer & Prog Solutions” department, supporting digital initiatives, application developments and maintenance for Airbus.

Ideally, this is a 12-month program and it should start in [March / 2026] (date subject to flexibility).

Your main missions will consist of :

• Contribute to the design and development of digital solutions for Customer & Programs Solutions using modern tech stacks (Python, Java, React, Angular, AWS Cloud, Palantir Foundry etc).

• Support the integration of AI and data-driven capabilities into applications to improve operational efficiency and decision making.

• Collaborate with Product Owners, Scrum team, Architects and Business Stakeholders to deliver, test, and continuously improve digital products and services.

• Participate in innovation initiatives, prototyping, and experimentation to explore new technologies and enhance capabilities.

Your tutor will support you identify your professional objectives and develop your skills

This apprenticeship will allow you to develop the following skills:

• Hands-on experience in full-stack development, cloud technologies, and data platforms in an enterprise environment.

• Practical exposure to AI adoption in real digital products, including automation and intelligent workflows.

• Strong collaboration, problem solving and Agile Delivery skills while working with cross functional teams.

Your Boarding Pass:

Eligibility Criteria:

  • You are a Fresh Graduate (Technical Undergraduate or Postgraduate) with a degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or Information Technology or Electronics/Electrical or related fields (but with Strong programming fundamentals).
  • Zero Work Experience: This program is exclusively for candidates with no prior full-time professional work experience. (Internships and academic projects are excluded from this and are welcome).
  • Commitment: Ability to commit to the full 12-month duration of the apprenticeship.

You possess the following competences:

- Technical skills (Must Have):

  • Strong fundamentals in Python.
  • Basic Web Development using Node.js + React/Angular
  • Understanding of Data Structures
  • Basic SQL knowledge
  • Nice to Have
  • Exposure to ML / GenAI
  • Basic understanding of AWS knowledge
  • Some exposure to Devops
  • PySpark / Big Data Exposure
  • Google Apps Script Exposure

- Team Collaboration and communication.

- Proactive mindset and willingness to learn.

- Problem-solving and analytical thinking.

- Ability to work in an agile, complex and fast-paced environment.

- Ownership and accountability.

- Entrepreneurship, innovative spirit

- Language skills :

- English : Fluent (Written and Spoken)
