Responsabilidades:

  • Atuar na análise e controle fiscal das operações de vendas, entradas e remessas. Garantir a qualidade fiscal das transações, com foco em riscos e oportunidades, e atenção especial ao ICMS Difal interestadual.
  • Intergir com equipe de negócios para suporte na verificação de ordens de venda e validação de documentos fiscais, por operação.
  • Ser responsável pela conferência e validação fiscal de notas fiscais de venda, devolução e remessa. Gerenciar o ciclo de vida completo dos documentos fiscais, incluindo a emissão de cartas de correção, garantindo a aplicação correta da legislação nos estados de Minas Gerais e São Paulo (essencial), e Rio de Janeiro (desejável).
  • Trabalhar de forma proativa com a equipe de logística para assegurar que o faturamento corresponda ao movimento do estoque fiscal, atuando em desvios e ajustes das operações.
  • Atender com presteza e atenção os clientes internos, prestando suporte para questões fiscais operacionais. Fazer o follow-up da regularização de pendências e reportar os resultados à gestão fiscal.
  • Analisar, otimizar e documentar procedimentos de trabalho, buscando a melhoria contínua dos processos fiscais. Identificar gargalos e propor melhorias para aumentar a eficiência e a precisão das atividades.
  • Elaborar apresentações e planilhas de controle para monitorar a conformidade das operações.
  • Atuar com agilidade na solução de problemas fiscais complexos e na conciliação de conflitos, realizando análises detalhadas para garantir o correto cumprimento das obrigações.
  • Atuar conforme as regras de compliance e pilares da empresa.

Requisitos:

  • Ensino Superior Completo.
  • Sólido conhecimento fiscal, incluindo cálculo de formação de preço, precificação aduaneira, transferências, remessas/retornos, e operações com serviços e materiais (nacional e exterior).
  • Experiência no uso de sistemas fiscais como SAP, Mastersaf, Office e Google.
  • Ser proativo, colaborativo e comprometido com a qualidade e resultados, atuando para garantir a conformidade e eficiência dos processos. Boa comunicação e interpretação de dados e fatos.
  • Habilidade em interagir com equipes internas para solucionar problemas operacionais e esclarecer dúvidas.
  • Ter interesse em tecnologias para aplicar nas rotinas fiscais.
  • Será um diferencial habilidade de comunicação em inglês.

Horário: Segunda a sexta das 7hr às 17h07

Responsibilities:

  • Perform fiscal analysis and control of sales, receipts, and shipments. Ensure the fiscal quality of transactions, focusing on risks and opportunities, with special attention to interstate ICMS Difal.
  • Interact with the business team to support the verification of sales orders and validation of tax documents, per operation.
  • Be responsible for checking and validating sales, return, and shipment invoices. Manage the entire life cycle of tax documents, including issuing correction letters, ensuring the correct application of legislation in the states of Minas Gerais and São Paulo (essential), and Rio de Janeiro (desirable).
  • Work proactively with the logistics team to ensure that billing corresponds to tax inventory movement, acting on deviations and adjustments in operations.
  • Respond promptly and attentively to internal clients, providing support for operational tax issues. Follow up on the resolution of pending issues and report the results to tax management.
  • Analyze, optimize, and document work procedures, seeking continuous improvement of tax processes. Identify bottlenecks and propose improvements to increase the efficiency and accuracy of activities.
  • Prepare presentations and control spreadsheets to monitor the compliance of operations.
  • Act quickly to solve complex tax problems and reconcile conflicts, performing detailed analyses to ensure proper compliance with obligations.
  • Act in accordance with the company's compliance rules and pillars.

Requirements:

  • Higher education degree.
  • Solid tax knowledge, including price calculation, customs pricing, transfers, shipments/returns, and operations with services and materials (domestic and foreign).
  • Experience in using tax systems such as SAP, Mastersaf, Office, and Google.
  • Be proactive, collaborative, and committed to quality and results, working to ensure process compliance and efficiency. Good communication and interpretation of data and facts.
  • Ability to interact with internal teams to solve operational problems and clarify doubts.
  • Have an interest in technologies to apply to tax routines.
  • English communication skills will be a plus.

Hours: Monday to Friday from 7 a.m. to 5:07 p.m.
