Responsabilidades:

  • Receber as solicitações de ofertas, apoiando na definição de escopo, restrições e objetivos, alinhados à estratégia dos SMs/CSMs (Sales Managers / Customer Support Managers), elaborar a oferta e demais documentos pertinentes e acompanhar o tema, até a entrega, de cada oferta.
  • Apoiar na elaboração contratos comerciais, quando solicitado, alinhado com os procedimentos da área.
  • Acompanhar o levantamento de informações básicas para a composição dos valores de venda (custos/restrições/mão de obra/escopo/riscos e oportunidades/dados técnicos/outros aplicáveis), registrando-as nas respectivas pastas das Ocs (Ofertas Comerciais) para histórico.
  • Apoiar na elaboração de Balanços Comerciais (business cases), seguindo padrões e referencias de índices e políticas vigentes e aprovadas, sendo responsável pela formação do balanço e pela defesa deste junto às lideranças, quando requisitado.
  • Planejar sua rotina, com base no controle de ofertas (Dashboard), mantendo alinhamento com as prioridades estabelecidas pelas Lideranças da área.
  • Seguir os procedimentos estabelecidos e aprovados para elaboração de ofertas comerciais, contratos e demais documentos e atividades aplicáveis.
  • Consultar sistemas informatizados (SAP/outros) para levantamento de informações base para suas atividades.
  • Prestar suporte aos executivos de conta no levantamento de dados e atuação para atender as necessidades de concorrências, licitações públicas e orçamentos.
  • Identificar e sinalizar a seu gestor oportunidades de melhoria ou inovação em seu setor; atuar em atividades de pesquisa tecnológica e desenvolvimento de inovação tecnológica relacionadas à sua área de atuação.

Requisitos:

  • Ensino superior completo em Administração ou áreas correlatas.
  • Prévia experiência em atividade administrativa (backoffice), com vivência em controle de recursos e suporte a vendas.
  • Inglês avançado (será avaliado na entrevista).
  • Domínio de Excel. É imprescindível o domínio de fórmulas complexas para cálculos de precificação e análise de rentabilidade.
  • Familiaridade com SAP.
  • Perfil de comunicação assertiva, proatividade, capacidade para gerir múltiplas demandas e raciocínio lógico.

Responsibilities:

  • Receive requests for proposals, assisting in defining scope, restrictions, and objectives in line with the strategy of the SMs/CSMs (Sales Managers/Customer Support Managers), prepare the proposal and other relevant documents, and follow up on each proposal until delivery.
  • Assist in the preparation of commercial contracts, when requested, in line with the area's procedures.
  • Monitor the collection of basic information for the composition of sales values (costs/restrictions/labor/scope/risks and opportunities/technical data/other applicable information), recording them in the respective Commercial Offer folders for historical purposes.
  • Assist in the preparation of business cases, following standards and references of current and approved indices and policies, being responsible for the formation of the balance sheet and its defense before leadership, when requested.
  • Plan your routine based on offer control (Dashboard), maintaining alignment with the priorities established by the area's leaders.
  • Follow established and approved procedures for preparing commercial offers, contracts, and other applicable documents and activities.
  • Consult computerized systems (SAP/others) to gather basic information for your activities.
  • Support account executives in gathering data and acting to meet the needs of competitions, public bids, and budgets.
  • Identify and signal opportunities for improvement or innovation in your sector to your manager; engage in technological research and technological innovation development activities related to your area of expertise.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related fields.
  • Previous experience in administrative activities (back office), with experience in resource control and sales support.
  • Advanced English (will be evaluated in the interview).
  • Proficiency in Excel. Proficiency in complex formulas for pricing calculations and profitability analysis is essential.
  • Familiarity with SAP.
  • Assertive communication skills, proactivity, ability to manage multiple demands, and logical reasoning.
