Une offre d’apprentissage intitulée « ALT 2026 - Apprenti(e) Méthodes Assemblage FAL A350 (F/H) » vient de s'ouvrir au sein d’Airbus Operations SAS sur son site de Toulouse Saint-Martin.

Vous rejoindrez une équipe de 20 personnes au sein du département Méthodes Assemblage FALs Toulouse en charge du développement, de l’acquisition et de l'intégration des moyens d’assemblages FAL (Final Assembly Lines), telles que les unités de perçage automatisées, les systèmes de serrage et autres équipements de production essentiels aux procédés d’assemblage.

Cet apprentissage consistera à : étudier l’application des unités de perçage S-EDU (Simple Electrical Drilling Units) sur la jonction orbitale de la ligne d’assemblage A350, en faisant le pont entre les fournisseurs technologiques et les impératifs de production aéronautique.

Cet apprentissage débutera à la rentrée scolaire 2026 pour une durée de 3 ans. Ce poste peut nécessiter une habilitation de sécurité ou nécessiter d'être éligible à une certaine habilitation par les autorités reconnues.

Tâches et responsabilités :

Encadré(e) par votre tuteur/tutrice, vous développerez vos compétences en travaillant sur les activités suivantes :

• Assurer la veille et le suivi des appels d’offres en accompagnant le développement de ces nouveaux moyens au sein d’un panel de fournisseurs reconnus.
  
• Réaliser des études de faisabilité technique pour analyser l'intégration des S-EDU dans le process et l’environnement de la jonction orbitale A350.
  
• Piloter la phase de test en mettant en place une campagne d’essai en laboratoire représentative des conditions avion.
  
• Optimiser les paramètres de coupe en définissant les réglages optimaux selon les empilages de matériaux (Aluminium, Titane, Composite).
  
• Contribuer à la digitalisation et à l'exploitation de la Data en identifiant les possibilités d’exploitation des données remontées par les S-EDU pour le suivi qualité et la maintenance prédictive.
  

Compétences & Prérequis :

Vous allez intégrer une formation de niveau Bac+5 dans le domaine de l’ingénierie (Généraliste, Mécanique, Aéronautique ou Productique) pour un apprentissage d’une durée de 3 ans.

Vous avez les connaissances et compétences suivantes :

Compétences techniques :

• Bases solides en mécanique générale.
  
• Maîtrise des outils de CAO (Catia, SolidWorks ou équivalent).
  
• Connaissances en usinage (perçage, outils coupants) et intérêt pour l'Industrie 4.0.
  

Soft skills :

• Engagement et esprit d'équipe pour collaborer avec le terrain et les services transverses.
  
• Rigueur scientifique dans la conduite de protocoles d'essais et l'analyse de résultats.
  
• Force de proposition et esprit critique pour suggérer des améliorations innovantes.
  

Compétences linguistiques :

• Anglais : avancé
  
• Français : courant

An apprenticeship offer entitled "Apprentice Methods Assembly (M/F)" has just opened within Airbus Operations SAS on Toulouse - Saint Martin site. You will join the Methods Assembly department in charge of the development, acquisition and integration of assembly means in Final Assembly Lines, such as automated drilling units, screwdrivers and other power hand tools essential to secure the global assembly process.

This apprenticeship will consist in: Studying the application of S-EDU (Simple Electrical Drilling Units) on the orbital junction of the A350 assembly line.

This apprenticeship will start at the beginning of the 2026 academic year and will last 3 years.

Tasks and responsibilities:

You will be under the responsibility of a manager who will help you to identify your professional objectives and support you in the development of your skills.

You will contribute to the following main activities:

• Benchmark and call-for-tender follow-up : Track the development of these new tools within a panel of recognized suppliers.
  
• Technical feasibility study : Analyze the integration of S-EDUs into the process and environment of the A350 orbital junction.
  
• Testing : Implement a laboratory test campaign representative of aircraft conditions.
  
• Cutting parameter optimization : Adapt cutting parameters according to material stacks (Aluminum, Titanium, Composite).
  
• Digitalization and Data : Identify opportunities to leverage data collected by the S-EDUs to implement real-time quality monitoring and contribute to predictive maintenance.
  

Skills & Prerequisites:

You will integrate a BAC+ 5 level training in the field of engineering (General, Mechanics, Aeronautics or Production) or equivalent for an apprenticeship of 3 years.

You have the following knowledge and skills:

• Solid background in general mechanics,
  
• Knowledge of CAD tools (CATIA, Solidworks or others),
  
• Interest in machining (drilling, cutting tools),
  
• Strong technical curiosity regarding 4.0 industry and automation,
  
• Commitment and team spirit: Ability to interact with operators on the shop floor and collaborate with different departments,
  
• Scientific rigour: Ability to conduct tests following a clear protocol and to analyze results accurately,
