Une offre d’apprentissage intitulée « ALT 2026 - Apprenti(e) Ingénieur(e) Industrialisation (F/H) » vient de s'ouvrir au sein d’Airbus SAS sur son site de Toulouse.

Vous rejoindrez une équipe de 15 personnes au sein du département Stratégie Industrielle & Manufacturing Engineering en charge de préparer le système industriel du futur pour les avions de nouvelle génération.

Cet apprentissage consistera à : participer à la définition et au déploiement d’un système de production innovant. Vous veillerez à l’intégration des exigences de fabrication et des principes d’ingénierie système dès la phase de conception afin d'optimiser la performance industrielle.

Cet apprentissage débutera à la rentrée scolaire 2026 pour une durée de 2 ou 3 ans.

Ce poste peut nécessiter une habilitation de sécurité ou nécessiter d'être éligible à une certaine habilitation par les autorités reconnues.

Tâches et responsabilités :

Encadré(e) par votre tuteur/tutrice, vous développerez vos compétences en travaillant sur les activités suivantes :

• Soutenir les études d'industrialisation pour les nouveaux composants et sous-ensembles d'avions.
  
• Appliquer les méthodologies d'Ingénierie Système (Systems Engineering) pour assurer la traçabilité des exigences industrielles.
  
• Participer à la transformation digitale des ateliers par la mise en œuvre de technologies de fabrication avancées.
  
• Contribuer à l'amélioration des processus de production en proposant des solutions innovantes et durables.
  

Compétences & Prérequis :

Vous allez intégrer une formation de niveau Bac+5 dans le Domaine de l'ingénierie industrielle, de l'aéronautique ou équivalent pour un apprentissage d’une durée de 2 ou 3 ans.

Vous avez les connaissances et compétences suivantes :

• Connaissance des processus de fabrication et conception de systèmes de production.
  
• Compréhension des principes de l'Ingénierie Système et outils associés (ex: MBSE).
  
• Appétence pour les technologies de fabrication avancées et la transformation digitale.
  
• Esprit collaboratif et capacité à travailler dans un environnement complexe.
  
• Curiosité pour l’innovation et force de proposition.
  
• Fortes capacités de communication orale et écrite.
  

Compétences linguistiques :

• Anglais : Avancé / Courant
  
• Français : Avancé / Courant

An apprenticeship offer entitled "ALT 2026 - Apprentice Industrialization Engineer (M/F)" has just opened within Airbus Commercial Aircraft on Toulouse site.

You will join the Industrial Strategy & Manufacturing Engineering department in charge of preparing the industrial system of the future for next-generation aircraft. You will be part of a team of 15 people.

This apprenticeship will consist in: participating in the definition and deployment of an innovative production system, ensuring the integration of manufacturing requirements and Systems Engineering principles from the design phase to optimize industrial performance.

This apprenticeship will start at the beginning of the 2026 academic year and will last 2 or 3 years.

This position requires security clearance or requires being eligible for clearance by recognized authorities.

Tasks and responsibilities:

You will be under the responsibility of a manager who will help you to identify your professional object ives and support you in the development of your skills.

You will contribute to the following main activities:

• Support industrialization studies for new aircraft components and sub-assemblies.
  
• Apply Systems Engineering methodologies to ensure the traceability of industrial requirements.
  
• Participate in the digital transformation of workshops by implementing advanced manufacturing technologies.
  
• Contribute to the improvement of production processes by proposing innovative and sustainable solutions.
  

Skills & Prerequisites:

You will integrate a BAC+ 5 level training in the field of Industrial Engineering, Aeronautics or equivalent for an apprenticeship of 2 or 3 years.

You have the following knowledge and skills:

• Manufacturing processes and production system design.
  
• Systems Engineering principles and associated tools (e.g., MBSE).
  
• Digital mindset and interest in advanced manufacturing technologies.
  
• Soft Skills: Collaborative spirit, curiosity for innovation, and strong communication skills.
  

Language skills:

• English: advanced/fluent
  
• French: advanced/fluent
