Une offre d’apprentissage intitulée « ALT 2026 - Apprenti(e) en Management des Contrats de la Fonction Achats (F/H) » vient de s'ouvrir au sein d’Airbus SAS sur son site de Blagnac Wings Campus.

Vous rejoindrez une équipe de 10 personnes au sein du département Procurement en charge de la Gouvernance Contractuelle.

Cet apprentissage consistera à accompagner les gouvernances contractuelles des marchés publics, développer un cadre contractuel harmonisé et conforme aux réglementations du groupe, tout en soutenant de manière proactive les projets stratégiques liés aux achats.

Cet apprentissage débutera à la rentrée scolaire 2026 pour une durée de 1 an.

Ce poste peut nécessiter une habilitation de sécurité ou nécessiter d'être éligible à une certaine habilitation par les autorités reconnues.

Tâches et responsabilités :

Encadré(e) par votre tuteur/tutrice, vous développerez vos compétences en travaillant sur les activités suivantes :

  • Rédiger de nouveaux contrats d'approvisionnement types intégrant les exigences économiques, commerciales, technologiques et juridiques.
  • Réviser et optimiser les contrats d'approvisionnement types existants pour assurer leur conformité.
  • Analyser contractuellement les accords lors des phases d'administration ou en cas de litiges potentiels avec les fournisseurs.
  • Coordonner les parties prenantes internes sur les implications contractuelles, notamment sur les aspects de propriété intellectuelle.
  • Soutenir la transition digitale de la gestion contractuelle au sein de la fonction Achats.
  • Développer de nouveaux supports de formation pour la Procurement Academy et coacher les acheteurs juniors.

Compétences & Prérequis :

Vous allez intégrer une formation de niveau Bac+3 dans le Droit des Affaires ou équivalent pour un apprentissage d’une durée de 1 an.

Vous avez les connaissances et compétences suivantes :

Compétences techniques :

  • Maîtrise de la rédaction de contrats d'approvisionnement et commerciaux.
  • Connaissance des enjeux métiers de l'approvisionnement (Supply Chain).
  • Gestion de bases de données de documentation contractuelle et outils numériques.

Soft skills :

  • Esprit d'équipe et orientation business.
  • Capacité à travailler de manière autonome dans un environnement complexe.
  • Rigueur d'analyse et aisance relationnelle.

Compétences linguistiques :

  • Anglais : Avance
  • Français : Avance

An apprenticeship offer entitled “Procurement Contract Governance Apprentice (f/m)” has just opened within the Airbus SAS on our site in Blagnac Wings Campus.

You will join a team of 10 people within the “Procurement” department responsible for Contractual Governance.

Within a team of Procurement Contract Managers, this apprenticeship will involve:

  • Supporting procurement contractual governance.
  • Developing a harmonized contractual framework and documentation compliant with laws, regulations, coordinated contractual policies, strategies, processes, and trainings necessary to support Airbus Group’s business activity.
  • Proactively supporting any procurement contract-related projects.

This apprenticeship will start at the beginning of the 2026 academic year and will last 1 year.

This position requires security clearance or requires being eligible for clearance by recognized authorities.

Tasks and Responsibilities

You will be under the responsibility of a manager who will help you to identify your professional objectives and support you in the development of your skills. You will contribute to the following main activities:

  • Drafting new standard procurement contracts integrating all relevant requirements (economic, commercial, technological, legal, risk management).
  • Review, optimization, and further development of existing standard procurement contracts.
  • Providing legal and contractual information to assist Contract Managers and buyers in enhancing their skills and ensuring they are aware of the latest contractual requirements.
  • Updating existing contractual documents: preparation, drafting, and deployment of complex contract amendments and settlement agreements during their lifecycle, in collaboration with buyers.
  • Contractual analysis of agreements during the administration phase and/or in case of potential disagreements or disputes between Airbus and suppliers concerning existing procurement contracts.
  • Advising internal stakeholders on contractual implications of internal improvement projects (e.g., confidentiality or intellectual property aspects).
  • Supporting the digitalization process of contract management within the broader procurement function.
  • Developing new trainings and enhancing existing Procurement Academy trainings; coaching and providing on-the-job training for junior buyers in the areas of contracts and negotiations.

Skills & Prerequisites

You will integrate a BAC+3 level training in the field of Business Law or equivalent for a 1-year apprenticeship.

You possess the following knowledge and skills:

Technical Skills

  • Knowledge of key business issues (especially in Procurement is a plus).
  • Management of contractual documentation databases.
  • Drafting/creating procurement and/or commercial contracts.
  • Familiarity with digital tools.
  • Legal knowledge would be an asset.
  • Project management experience would be an asset.

Soft Skills

  • Ability to work independently or as part of a team.
  • Team spirit and business-oriented mindset.

Language Skills

  • English: Advanced
  • French: Advanced.
