Une offre d’apprentissage intitulée « Apprenti(e) en gestion de projet et contrôle de gestion (h/f) » vient de s'ouvrir au sein de la division Airbus Commercial sur son site de Toulouse Saint-Martin .

Vous rejoindrez une équipe de 9 personnes au sein du département « Wide Body operations controlling » en charge de la gestion des coûts de production des programmes A330 et A350.

Cet apprentissage consistera à:

En étroite relation avec le contrôleur de gestion s’occupant des sujets de montée en cadence de production et de compétitivité sur les programmes avions A350 et A330 , l’apprenti aura pour mission de supporter une grande variété d’analyses et de livrables sur des sujets stratégiques.

Cette mission permettra à l’apprenti de développer son esprit d'analyse ( traitement d'informations qualitatives et analytiques issues de sources diverses), de perfectionner sa gestion des priorités et de maîtriser la production de livrables . Il affinera également ses capacités de synthèse et son aisance relationnelle au contact d'interlocuteurs variés.

Cet apprentissage débutera à la rentrée scolaire 2026 pour une durée de 1, 2 ou 3 an(s).

Tâches et responsabilités:

Encadré(e) par votre tuteur(trice), vous développerez vos compétences en travaillant sur les activités suivantes :

• Evaluation des besoins en investissements industriels
  
• Réalisation d’études comparatives pour valider la fiabilité des estimations
  
• Conception des supports de synthèses (présentations, visuels, dashboard...) adaptées à l’audience ciblée
  
• Pilotage du rétroplanning des livrables selon les jalons financiers et décisionnels
  
• Analyse et synthèse de dossiers de compétitivité, avec un rôle d’appui à la gouvernance sur la gestion des problématiques de la chaîne d’approvisionnement
  
• Exploitation de l’intelligence artificielle pour automatiser et optimiser la précision des analyses demandées
  

Compétences & Prérequis :

Vous allez intégrer une formation de niveau BAC +5 dans le domaine du contrôle de gestion et/ou de la gestion de projet, pour un apprentissage d’une durée de 1, 2 ou 3 ans.

Vous avez les connaissances et compétences suivantes :

• Esprit d’équipe et capacité d’adaptation

• Esprit analytique et rigueur dans le traitement de données complexes
  
• Maîtrise avancée de la suite Google (GSheets, GSlides) et agilité avec systèmes d’information

• Background apprécié en gestion financière ou pilotage de projet
  

• Compétences linguistiques :

Anglais : avancé

An apprenticeship offer entitled "Project Management and Business Controlling Apprentice (M/F)" has just opened within Airbus Commercial on Toulouse Saint Martin site.

You will join the “Wide Body operations controlling” team, composed of 9 people, in charge of A330 and A350 programs production costs controlling.

This apprenticeship will consist in:

Working closely with the Financial Controller in charge of production ramp-up and competitiveness for the A350 and A330 aircraft programs, the apprentice will be responsible for supporting a wide range of analyses and deliverables on strategic topics.

This mission will allow the apprentice to develop their analytical skills (processing qualitative and analytical data from various sources), refine their priority management, and master the production of high-quality deliverables. They will also sharpen their synthesis competencies and enhance their interpersonal skills through cross-functional collaboration with diverse stakeholders.

This apprenticeship will start at the beginning of the 2026 academic year and will last 1, 2 or 3 year(s).

This position requires security clearance or requires being eligible for clearance by recognized authorities.

Tasks and responsibilities:

You will be under the responsibility of a manager who will help you to identify your professional objectives and support you in the development of your skills.

You will contribute to the following main activities:

• Evaluation of industrial investment requirements
  
• Conducting benchmark studies to validate the reliability of financial estimates
  
• Creating executive summaries (presentations, visuals, dashboards, etc.) tailored to specific audiences
  
• Managing deliverable timelines in alignment with financial and decision-making milestones
  
• Analyzing and synthesizing competitiveness files, providing governance support for supply chain management challenges
  
• Leveraging Artificial Intelligence to automate processes and optimize the accuracy of required analyses
  

Skills & Prerequisites:

You will integrate a BAC+5 level training in the field of financial controlling and/or project management for an apprenticeship of 1, 2 or 3 years.

You have the following knowledge and skills:
