Une offre d’apprentissage intitulée « ALT 2026 - Apprenti(e) en Conception de Procédés Industriels et de la numérisation des activités (F/H) » vient de s'ouvrir au sein d’Airbus Operations SAS sur son site de Toulouse.

Vous rejoindrez une équipe de 10 personnes au sein du département Manufacturing Engineering en charge de l'optimisation des méthodes de production et du déploiement des solutions industrielles innovantes.

Cet apprentissage consistera à optimiser les processus industriels via une conception innovante et à piloter la mise en œuvre de solutions de digitalisation de pointe. Vous contribuerez directement à l'amélioration de l'efficacité opérationnelle, de la qualité et à l'optimisation des activités de production à travers l'intégration de nouvelles technologies.

Cet apprentissage débutera à la rentrée scolaire 2026 pour une durée de 3 ans.

Ce poste peut nécessiter une habilitation de sécurité ou nécessiter d'être éligible à une certaine habilitation par les autorités reconnues.

Tâches et responsabilités :

Encadré(e) par votre tuteur/tutrice, vous développerez vos compétences en travaillant sur les activités suivantes :

• Analyser les processus industriels existants pour identifier les inefficacités et concevoir des solutions innovantes en collaboration avec les parties prenantes.
  
• Piloter l'intégration d'outils numériques (IoT, IA/ML, analyse de données, jumeaux numériques, MES) pour booster la productivité et l'aide à la décision.
  
• Gérer des projets de digitalisation de la conception au déploiement (périmètre, planning, ressources).
  
• Définir et suivre les indicateurs clés de performance (KPIs) pour évaluer l'efficacité des nouveaux processus.
  
• Accompagner le changement auprès des équipes opérationnelles par la mise en place de supports de formation et de stratégies d'adoption.
  

Compétences & Prérequis :

Vous allez intégrer une formation de niveau Bac+5 dans le Génie Industriel, l'Aéronautique ou l'Informatique pour un apprentissage d’une durée de 3 ans.

Vous avez les connaissances et compétences suivantes :

Compétences techniques :

• Maîtrise des principes de fabrication et des processus industriels.
  
• Connaissance des outils de digitalisation et de modélisation d'activité.
  
• Notions en langages de programmation (Python, R) ou en outils de visualisation de données.
  
• Maîtrise des méthodologies de gestion de projet.
  

Soft skills :

• Capacités d'analyse et de résolution de problèmes complexes.
  
• Excellentes aptitudes à la communication et aisance relationnelle.
  
• Leadership naturel et capacité à influencer des équipes transverses.
  

Compétences linguistiques :

• Anglais : Courant impératif
  
• Français : Avancé

An apprenticeship offer titled "ALT 2026 - Apprentice in Industrial Process Optimization and Digitalization (M/F)" has just opened within Airbus Operations SAS at its Toulouse site.

You will join a team of 10 people within the Manufacturing Engineering department, in charge of optimizing production methods and deploying innovative industrial solutions.

This apprenticeship will consist of optimizing industrial processes through innovative design and leading the implementation of cutting-edge digitalization solutions. You will contribute directly to improving operational efficiency, quality, and the optimization of production activities through the integration of new technologies.

This apprenticeship will begin in the 2026 academic year for a duration of 3 years.

This position may require a security clearance or require being eligible for a specific clearance by recognized authorities.

Tasks and Responsibilities:

Under the guidance of your tutor, you will develop your skills by working on the following activities:

• Analyze existing industrial processes to identify inefficiencies and design innovative solutions in collaboration with stakeholders.
  
• Lead the integration of digital tools (IoT, AI/ML, data analytics, digital twins, MES) to boost productivity and decision support.
  
• Manage digitalization projects from design to deployment (scope, planning, resources).
  
• Define and monitor Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) to evaluate the effectiveness of new processes.
  
• Support change management among operational teams through the implementation of training materials and adoption strategies.
  

Skills & Prerequisites:

You are about to start a Master’s level degree (Bac+5) in Industrial Engineering, Aeronautics, or Computer Science for an apprenticeship lasting 3 years.

You possess the following knowledge and skills:

Technical Skills:

• Mastery of manufacturing principles and industrial processes.
  
• Knowledge of digitalization and activity modeling tools.
  
• Basics in programming languages (Python, R) or data visualization tools.
  
• Mastery of project management methodologies.
