An apprenticeship offer entitled " Apprentice A320 Family Chief Engineering - Aircraft Operations & Test (M/F)" has just opened within the A320 Family Chief Engineering department on Toulouse/ Saint Martin du Touch site. You will join the Aircraft Operations & Test department in charge of Testing and In Service Solutions. You will join the A320 Family Chief Engineering team, specifically supporting the domains of Testing and In Service Solutions.

This apprenticeship will consist in acting as a strategic facilitator for both the Head of A320 Family Chief Engineering - Aircraft Operations & Test and the Head of A320 Family Chief Engineering - In Service Solutions. You will work at the heart of the A320 Family's engineering activities, ensuring seamless synchronization between their respective portfolios, their leadership teams, and a wide array of international cross-functional interfaces

This apprenticeship will start at the beginning of the 2026 academic year and will last 3 year(s). This position requires security clearance or requires being eligible for clearance by recognized authorities.

Tasks and responsibilities:

You will be under the responsibility of a manager who will help you to identify your professional objectives and support you in the development of your skills.

You will contribute to the following main activities:

  • Project Portfolio Monitoring & Synthesis
  • Stakeholder Coordination & Interface Management
  • Support to Leadership Governance
  • Audit and refine the Manager’s digital workflows, identifying opportunities to automate repetitive tasks using Google Apps Script or integrated Workspace tools.
  • Digital Hub Management: Design, build, and maintain Google Sites to serve as the "Single Source of Truth" for the department’s projects, resources, and internal communications.
  • Stakeholder Liaison: Act as a bridge between the Manager and the team, ensuring that project updates are streamlined and accessible via shared digital dashboards.

Skills & Prerequisites:

You will integrate a BAC+ 5 level training in the field of A320 Program Chief Engineering.

You have the following knowledge and skills:

- Project Coordination

- Knowledge of overall aircraft engineering

- Proficiency in digital collaborative tools

- Autonomous and proactive

- Collaborative and team mindset

- Reliability and integrity

- Excellent synthesis and communication skills

Language skills:

English: negotiation

French: negotiation

Our selection process:
