An apprenticeship offer entitled "ALT 2025 - Apprenti(e) en Support Client - Support Après-Vente Aéronautique (All Gender)" dedicated to the evolution of after-sales aircraft has just opened within Airbus SAS on Toulouse - Blagnac site.
You will join a team of 12 people in the SIMRP department in charge of producing solutions to develop aircraft after entry into service.
SIMRP has teams in Germany (Hamburg), the USA (Mobile), India (Bangalore) and France (Toulouse).
This apprenticeship will consist of, immersed in the French team, participating in the continuous improvement of the department's activities, which may relate to various subjects and in particular the use of new technologies (3D).
This apprenticeship may begin in September 2025 and will last 2 to 3 years.
Tasks and responsibilities:
You will be under the responsibility of a manager who will help you identify your professional objectives and support you in developing your skills.
You will contribute to the following main activities:
- Analyze problems, collect difficulties encountered,
- Define and develop improvement solutions,
- Deploy these solutions within the department (communication, training, implementation of user guides, etc.)
Skills & Prerequisites:
You will integrate a BAC + 5 level training in the field of aeronautical maintenance engineering or general engineering or equivalent for a 2 to 3 year apprenticeship.
You have the following knowledge and skills:
- Initial experience in project management and/or development using agile methods,
- Knowledge and ease in using 3D IT tools,
- Mastery of the Google environment (g-slide, g-sheet, etc.)
- With good interpersonal skills and good communication skills,
- Ability to integrate into a team,
- Ability to analyze and synthesize
- Autonomy and creativity.
Language skills:
- English: Advanced
- French: Advanced
Our selection process:
All applications are reviewed by a recruiter.
If your application is retained by the recruiter during this first review, you will be invited to conduct a deferred video interview. This will be viewed and then shared with the manager if your application is shortlisted.
The manager will organize interviews with the shortlisted candidates before selecting the final candidate for the apprenticeship.
